About the property

Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Reward yourself with a cozy mountain experience in the center of Summit County. Our condo was remodeled in October of 2008 and was redesigned to capture the feeling of the Rocky Mountains. Highlights include: Beautiful cherry woodwork and kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, travertine floors, plush carpet, remodeled bathrooms, queen beds and reclining couches. Wake up to mountain views and unwind in the evening watching the sun go down over the Rockies.

The condominium complex offers an indoor pool, indoor hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts and sauna. Free parking for 2 cars is available and the free Summit Stage bus picks up a few blocks down the street.

The condo is located in Dillon Valley East, approximately 1 hour from Denver and 90 minutes from the Denver International Airport. Take a quick drive around town and you'll see famous attractions like the Silverthorne Outlets, bike riding on the breathtaking Dillon dam, the Silverthorne Recreational Center, and lots of high quality restaurants.

Enjoy easy access to Ski resorts: approximately 10 minutes from Keystone, 15 minutes from Arapahoe Basin, 15 minutes from Loveland, 20 minutes to Breckenridge, 20 minutes to Copper Mountain, 35 minutes to Vail and 45 minutes to Beaver Creek.

You will also find a “guide book” at the condo that will recommend our favorites attractions and restaurants.

We look forward to sharing our home with you!

Great Place!

  • 5 of 5

What a hidden gem this place was! Our first time in Colorado as well as our first time skiing couldn't have been such a success had we probably stayed somewhere else. I couldn't believe how close we were to all the major resorts such as Keystone, Loveland, Frisco, and Breckenridge. And couldn't forget the bird's eye view of the beautiful mountain range from our patio either.

The owner was helpful and very easy to reach. Any questions I had were answered within the same day and the contract was straight forward and easy to understand.

Although the exterior can be somewhat misleading, once you get inside, the interior is clean and comfortably inviting to the weariest of travelers. The living space is cozy but spacious at the same time. We had plenty of room for our luggage and ski gear but still able to speak and hear each other from across the hall. The kitchen came fully furnish with lots of kitchenware that we were able to use freely.

WiFi and cable TV were available to us but we barely used the latter. We were even provided two available parking spaces which was definitely a plus.

All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a great deal without having to sacrifice quality. It's definitely possible we'll stay here again the next time we take up snowboarding.

Perfect Home Away from Home

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for our ski trip this year, and I could not have been more happy with our accommodations. The condo is close to a variety of ski slopes (we did Copper and Breckenridge) and it is also located in a great town that literally has everything you need for reasonable prices, unlike staying on a resort.

The kitchen had more than enough dishes, utensils, etc, not to mention all new appliances, so we cooked most of the time we were here. However, I would recommend checking out Dillon Dam Brewery. They have a great selection of beer as well as an incredible dinner menu. Plus, it's literally right down the road from the condo!

Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms had everything we needed. And the owners were more than willing to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Jeff checked in on us numerous times to make sure everything was ok, and that we were taking advantage of the epic powder conditions we had that weekend. We got about 18" :)

Overall, I would recommend this condo to anyone who is ok with not being stuck on a resort. I personally enjoyed it that way, as we were more centrally located to all the other ski resorts in the area and the peace and quiet was AMAZING. I have no doubt that we will return next year and stay here if possible! Thanks again Jeff!

We stayed for 2nd year in a row and still love the condo and location! Easy to find, quick to get around Dillon & Silverthorne. Comfortable beds and furniture, quiet at night (great sleeping). Was quick to ski areas and restaurants. Perfect place!
