This location is in the heart of the Shopping District, in Downtown Charleston.
This condo has been completely renovated. Some of the upgrades include- granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, hardwood floors, marble tile in bath, 9' ceilings, Wi-Fi, building security, dual elevators. Within yards of your unit you will find, Forever 21, Gucci, Ben Silver, Ralph Lauren, Bob Ellis, a treasure trove of antiques and Charleston dining at its finest (Five Diamond winning restaurant-The Charleston Grill is across the street). My daughter, her two children and I decided to take a "city" vacation during Spring break. When we arrived we parked the car and never moved it until time to leave. The location could not have been better. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed. We commented several time how quiet it was. When we had questions Matt replied in minutes. We couldn't have ask for better and hope to return.

Overall, our experience was excellent! The location was great, the condo was clean and we always felt safe! I gave it four instead of five stars for two reasons. First, the pictures are a little deceiving. This is only a one bedroom unit. The two twin beds are in a space that is a half wall loft. It is fully open to the main living space. While it was great for a girls weekend, it might not be ideal for a family with small children. Second, the parking says off street which gave me the impression it was on site and free. While it was not a far walk by any standards, it was $16/day.
Those two things aside, the unit was very clean, and in a great location. We were able to walk to almost everything! We would definitely book it again for a girls trip!
Spacious condo in ideal location.
Large, clean, comfortable space right off the most popular street in the city. Safe location and had no worries when walking alone with kids at night. Two very reasonable parking garages right next door. The best French crepe breakfast spot also a couple doors down. All of the best restaurants were truly walking distance away. Appreciated the extra towels and blankets. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a life saver. Incredibly quick response from Matt when we needed a later check out. Thank you for the flexibility and wonderful stay. We hope to be back to Charleston again!
Perfect location and beautiful flat
Everything was absolutely perfect. Would stay here again in a second. The unit was very spacious (much larger than it appears in the photo). Working with the leasing agent was incredibly easy and he was very accommodating and flexible. Thanks for a wonderful long weekend.
