Hear the whisper. Is it the whoosh of a perfectly-hit golf ball, the backyard stream swollen from the recent rains or a passing eagle's wings? Amble outside the rear deck with your coffee to find out for yourself. Or survey the front yard for its suitability for an afternoon of croquet. In winter, drive the few blocks to Diamond Peak or the few miles to Mt. Rose. Back inside, deluxe amenities beckon you. Curl up with a good book in front of the living room fireplace (or the master bedroom for complete escape) or a soak in the jet tub with its multi-hued colors to soothe you. If it's mealtime, enjoy preparations in the sleek stainless steel kitchen with granite counter tops while keeping contact with family in the backyard or adjacent family room. Walk to the Hyatt for entertainment or a bit beyond for a full view of Lake Tahoe. What could be more entertaining or relaxing?

Wells and Bennett Realtors
This was the perfect house for our family vacation on the North Shore! We loved the location and the beach access passes to Burnt Cedar beach and pool. The management company is also great. Very quick to get back to you, and will take care of whatever you might need during your stay. This house truly sleeps six (perfect for us) and had a great backyard that my kids loved to play croquet out there! One tiny suggestion (or comment) is to make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner they were not provided, but it would be nice if they were. All and all we loved the house and our stay!
No screen in living room windows, laundry room and first queen room which was inconvenient when weather was really warm..
This was our first time staying at this home and we enjoyed it very much! We were there for a week over the 4th of July. It was very nice, clean and comfortable. The listing description regarding the location, photos and amenities were very accurate. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and big enough for our family of 6. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice, especially the master, with plenty of room for all of our things. We loved that there is a bbq grill and an outdoor table and chairs. Great washer and dryer in separate laundry room and a huge garage for our cars and all of our beach stuff. Location is great! Right up the street from the Hyatt and beach where they have fireworks 3 nights in a row!! In a beautiful neighborhood on a beautiful golf course.
I said that the house was clean, but it could be a little more deep cleaned. I know that Tahoe has a lot of dirt and dust, so a little more attention to a deep cleaning every so often would be great. Also the grass in the backyard is dying and the sprinklers never went on while we were there. Actually the system was turned off and we let the realtor co. know.
Other than that, overall it was a great home in a beautiful part of Lake Tahoe and I would recommend this property!
We have stayed many times in Tahoe at both hotels and houses. This was a first stay for us at this house, but it won't be our last. The house is not fancy, but it is clean, cozy and enjoys a recent kitchen remodel. Big yard, tall trees, lovely in the winter--and I assume the summer.
As an aside, the owner is very responsive. After we left, I sent an email with a few suggestions for minor improvements. (I often send these kinds of comments to hotels and rental houses based on some compulsion my wife doesn't fully understand.) To my surprise, I received an immediate response from the owner, promising to make the changes! That's the sign of a great property owner.
