Great quiet spot!

  • 5 of 5

We had decided to rent a house because we were staying longer. Could not have picked a better one! Great location, quiet, and much more than staying at an inn like we usually do. Thank you!

Very nice affordable rental

  • 4 of 5

House is adequately equipped for our stay. Owner is good to deal with. This is our fourth time renting this property and second in two years. Had a plumbing problem last year and owner was VERY quick to address issue. Having trouble finding anything negative about house. For the price, you won't be disappointed.

Peaceful retreat

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay in this tranquil setting in Maine. Having our coffee on the deck each morning and listening to the birds and then sipping our wine at night under the massive amount of stars was pure heaven. We enjoyed short walks to the beach and The Black Harpoon restaurant. Venturing out of Port on warm days to explore other towns and then coming back to a nice cool breeze in the comfortable cottage was also a joy. We flew here so having a fully equipped cottage was a concern. Jeanine did not disappoint. We had everything we needed. We will definitely return.

Loved This Cottage!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I really enjoyed the cottage. My kids especially loved that the beach was within walking distance so they could go every day when it was low tide. I would definitely recommend this cottage to any family looking for a quiet, restful beach vacation. We were able to mark "Eating lobster in Maine" off my mom's bucket list! We enjoyed eating at the Black Harpoon, The Happy Clam, Harjula's icecream and the School House Bakery. We bought live lobster from Miller's and they were deee-licious! :) Jeanine was very nice and helpful and worked with us so we could bring my parents' two yorkies with us also.

Owner's Response: So very happy you enjoyed your stay at our home and it met with your expectation. We love to hear that folks enjoyed Port Clyde and all the St. George peninsula has to offer. Although you crossed Maine off your bucket list, I hope you will keep us in mind for future vacations.

Port Clyde - Great Beach Location

  • 5 of 5

Fantastic vacation location for Port Clyde. House has three large bedrooms - great for us and our four children. House came fully equipped with all amenities including a washer and dryer. Clean and well maintained. Owner was very helpful with information and the reservation. Very quiet and secluded yet short walk to Drift Inn Beach and a lovely bike ride to the Harbor and Marshall Point Lighthouse! We would recommend to anyone wanting to get away!
