This was our second year here. We love it. The house is clean, spacious, and the view is spectacular. It's close to the beach and everything in Narragansett. Can't wait until next year!!
Thank you for allowing my family to enjoy your lovely home. The best part of this home are the breathtaking views....the bird sanctuary which abuts this property is a nature lovers dream, we saw fox, coyote, deer, and all kinds of birds. Off to a distance the sound of the ocean, the ferry's coming and going, and all being just a short walk to the beach. You literally cross a street and you are there. Robin was terrific to deal with, so quickly answered any questions that arose. It was a fabulous vacation one that we would like to repeat. Thanks again!
This home made for a wonderful vacation. It has three levels, with beautiful design, inside and out. We spent a lot of our time relaxing on the decks (one on the 2nd floor, and one on the 3rd), enjoying the views of the ocean and bird refuge. The panoramic views are available from within the house too, thanks to the large windows that wrap around the south and west sides. The neighborhood was quiet during our stay in the 2nd week of June, and pleasant to walk around. I would definitely recommend having a car as this house is further than one (or at least I) would want to walk to go to the grocery store.
I also appreciated the ease of renting. Robin, the owner's agent, responded to my initial inquiry very quickly and was prompt in answering my questions and getting the rental agreement to me. When we arrived (there were 10 of us), many of my traveling companions remarked on what a great place we had found.
Our accommodations at the house were exceptional. Was taken with the openness of the house which gave us ample room. The scenery from the various lofts added to its beauty. The house was in perfect order when we arrived and that helped in making us feel right at home. If I have the possibility of returning to Narragansett, I would definitely make this a first choice for my stay.
We were delighted with the house.
The living room has a high vaulted ceiling with large windows offering a spectacular view of the bird sanctuary and ocean. There are two large decks, one off the living room and other off the third floor loft.
The kitchen is large with quality modern appliances.
Two bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and the the third has two bunk beds making the house ideal for one large, or two small families.
On our last day, we booked the house for next year. Can't wait!
My family and I stayed at this property for a week and it was absolutely fabulous! The views from the house and decks are phenomenal!!! We have two boys (19 and 22) and they enjoyed it as much as we did because the house is set up with multiple decks, there is a lot to do in the surrounding area and the beach was so close. We had multiple friends and family members visit (some with small children) and they were amazed with the views and the proximity to the activities (biking, beach, galilee, etc.). I would highly recommend this property.
