About The Owner

We are extremely blessed to live in Hawaii and want to share it with people who can appreciate the beauty and aloha Hawaii offers. We have lived on the island for 15 years and consider this home. We are blessed to live in such a wonderful community, an incredible place to live! We invite you to experience the joy we feel every morning when we wake up in paradise.

The Owner purchased this studio in 2005

Why The Owner chose Waimanalo Beach

There are many things to do on the Island. Waimanalo in our opinion is one of the most beautiful places to live. Waikiki is approximately 35 minutes away. Beautiful beaches are within walking distance. Sea Life Park only 5 minutes away, Olomana Golf Course 5 minutes, shopping, dining and more within 5-10 minutes.

Very nice room. Had everything we needed.

We felt very comfortable in this room and loved all the thoughtful little touches...sun screen and all. It is walking distance to the beach and very private. Hope to meet Bryce and Melissa next time around...probably in 2020. Mahalo!!

Waimanalo Beach

  • 5 of 5

Great place to stay. A little small but we had no problems using it. A very short walk to a beautiful beach. on one side of you and beautiful mountains on the other side. Very friendly hosts. We would definitely stay with them again.

Much Smaller than the Photo

  • 3 of 5

The queen bed takes up most of the room. My husband and I had to squeeze past each other. The “kitchen “ is a corner TV stand with a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker on top and a dorm refrigerator below. We had 1. coffee cup. The shower that was claustrophobic. On the good side we could walk to the beach. There were beach chairs and body boards and a hose to wash off sand

It’s a 20 minute drive to a nice town.

Very clean and close to beach

  • 5 of 5

Very cozy and clean. Love the Tiki Bar! Grilled breakfasts most mornings, very nice and easy to use. We had like new beach chairs and beach towels for our use. Mid week change sheets fresh towels and cleaning was great! Waimānalo Beach area is the best on the island! Would definitely come back!

Great location

  • 3 of 5

This is a great place to stay if you are alone or there is a party of two. The beach is 4 houses down and probably the most beautiful of the 6 we saw during our Hawaiian vacation. The location isn’t the greatest - restaurant/shopping wise. Also if someone is staying upstairs - you’ll be able to hear them through all hours of the day and night. After 4 days it started to feel a little cramped. I would suggest staying here for some great beach days off the grid, but also exploring another part of the island.

Paradise definitely found

  • 5 of 5

Looking at the photos and being there in person has presented no surprises. Photos represent all to expect. The view every morning from the suite is amazingly beautiful. I reached out to the property contact/owner with questions leading up to the booking, and Bryce provided me with all answers to my questions, and has given me the feeling of being in good hands as I book my stay on his property. The location gives no excuse to take a morning or anytime stroll down the clean, somewhat secluded beach, as it's away from the Waimanalo Beach parking lot (about 15min stroll away). Being in Waimanalo allowed for a peaceful retreat, and it presented opportunities to venture off on nice coastal drives to and from Hanauma Bay, and to go to Kailua for a variety of stores and restaurants. It's truly a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood, and just unwind and away from the heavily touristy places around the island. Mahalo and Aloha, Bryce.
