Why Yonder chose Downtown Asheville Art District

Luxuriously comfortable in a perfect location
Spacious and modern condo within easy walking distance to restaurants, breweries and most of Asheville. The bed is extremely comfortable as are all of the linens. The kitchen is stocked with all of the utensils and appliances that one would ever need or want. The property was clean and well maintained in general, however we found a couple of minor surprises that were missed by the cleaning crew. The patio is very nice, but unfortunately the weather was not patio-friendly during our stay.
Although we knew ahead of time that parking was not part of our reservation, it was inconvenient not to have a reserved a parking spot nearby. There are a few economical options for overnight parking within easy walking distance that we used, but we could not find a parking lot that offered "in and out" privileges. Street parking is not ample and it costs $1.50 hourly.
This was our first visit to Asheville. We enjoyed the River Arts District, outstanding restaurants, breweries, and some shopping in town. Easy drive to Blue Ridge Parkway, parts of the Appalachian Trail, Hot Springs and the Dupont State Forest for infinite hiking opportunities and many other outdoor activities. Rhubarb restaurant and their delicious bakery Rhu, 1-2 blocks away, are both wonderful. White Labs Kitchen and Taproom is worth a visit for pizza, beer and a lesson about yeast. Would also recommend taking a short drive to Looking Glass Creamery in Fairview, NC for a an outstanding cheese platter and some wine. Highland Brewery, the first brewery in Asheville, is a short drive from downtown, they have a fun space and a free informative tour. Sierra Nevada is very close to the airport and is worth checking out. So many things to do nearby and I cannot begin to list them all.
Yonder provided excellent customer service in the planning of our trip. I have already recommended this property to friends/family and would love to stay here again myself!
Thank you so much for the 5 star review! We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay even though the weather didn't cooperate. I wish there was something we could do about the parking, as the area has grown it has gotten busier. We would love to have you or any of your friends/family stay with us! Look forward to having you back. :)
convenient and comfortable loft downtown
Yonder team was great to work with leading up to reservation. Made some small changes early on and email correspondence was quick. Was in a perfect location downtown, close to all the wedding events (was the groom's condo for the weekend). It was great for the group of guys to get ready, plenty of space and great conveniences.
Overall everything we needed and a great stay!
We rented this condo due to it being so close to downtown. You never really know if a place that you rent is going to be like the pictures appear but this condo did not disappoint. I took my 2 grown daughters to Asheville as part of their Christmas present. We went to shop and eat and to let them rest from small children. This was a perfect get a way place. There is a church beside the building and across the street from the condo. We saw 2 weddings. The condo is in the perfect place to walk downtown but not on a busy street where you would have lots of street sounds. We loved it! Especially the fact that it has 1 and half baths. It comes in very handy when you have 3 women getting ready. I usually don't have great things to say when I sleep on the foldout couch but I have to say it was pretty comfy. My girls said they slept well in the bed. To be a one bedroom we still felt like we had plenty of room. Great place to stay.
Thank you for your kind and detailed review! We at Yonder are thrilled that you and your daughters had a nice and relaxing stay. Please let us know if Yonder can help you plan your next mountain vacation!
Great property in Asheville
Great property! Beautifully decorated. Comfortable bed. We loved being able to walk anywhere downtown.
My wife and I go to Asheville at least once a year and this is the first time we stayed at the Church Street lofts. It's on a very quiet street in the heart of Asheville and within walking distance to everything. We slept with the sliding glass doors open and took in the mountain air. The place is well appointed from the gas stove to the washer and dryer, which we did use. I have two recommendations for the property management company to correct. The first is to update the information binder that is at the loft. Though they do email you the information, it would be wise to have accurate information available just in case the guest did not print and bring the information with them. The Wi-Fi needs to be addressed! I think there is only one router for all the units and this is not suitable, we had three devices that were continually disconnecting and the signal strength is extremely low. Other than the two recommendations, we would strongly recommend staying at the Church Street Lofts and my wife and I most certainly will.
Thank you for your kind review! We agree that the lofts are beautiful spaces in the heart of downtown, and hope that you found plenty to do! We appreciate your feedback and recommendations for the property, as we are always striving to provide the best experience for our guests.
We hope you will come stay with Yonder again soon!
Beautiful place. Great location.
The place is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Great location and better than staying in a hotel! We would love to stay again!
