We call it Astoria Cityscape, soaring 11 stories above Victoria’s Inner Harbour, this vacation home is simply magnificent. Spectacular views are offered from two balconies in this spacious open 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo.
Conveniently located within close walking distance of everything wonderful to do in Victoria’s Vibrant Downtown Core, from Beacon Hill Park to the famous rose gardens of the Empress Hotel to the hustle and bustle of Canada's oldest Chinatown – you are within steps of the artisans who display their wares in the Inner Harbour and the very entertaining street performers and buskers.
Restaurants and cafes of all shapes ad sizes are all around.
You may choose to eat in since you have the best views available in your home away from home and we have put the table right in the window for you to enjoy the panoramic harbour views of either the sunrise, the setting evening sun, followed by the breathtaking twinkle of the city’s lights at night.
A secure underground parking space comes with your rental as well as a very healthy HDTV cable package and the fastest wifi available. You also have in suite laundry facilities.

Bike storage can be a tricky issue. Every building has a different bike storage policy and there are no guarantees that spots will be available. Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such. If you are bringing a bicycle, please be aware that it is your responsibility to check to see if the unit you want to rent has a place to store it.
We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.
If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

Really nice condo, good-quality linens, well-equipped bath & kitchen, comfortable beds & furniture, quiet well-maintained building, covered secure parking ... and close to everything!! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our visit to Victoria. It was super-helpful having a "concierge" to meet us at arrival, show us to the condo, give us the keys and some tips for getting around. Had a bit of a snafu when she gave us one set of the wrong keys but it was rectified the next day. Very nice and I would definitely stay here again!

Great city and condo was in perfect location for walking the city. Yvonne was very helpful and responsive. Had a great visit!

Clean, comfortable condo with amazing views! Condo had everything we needed and was within walking distance to the Inner Harbour. Check in was very easy and Adele was very accommodating. We would definetly stay here again!
Perfect condo in perfect location
My wife and I spend the month of February in the perfect condo - the Astoria - in a perfect location in the perfect city. Weather not always perfect, but not a problem. Certainly better than Ontario home. We walked everywhere in a very walkable city. And when couldn't, used the convenient and affordable bus system. We did not want or need a car. Beacon Hill Park and the seaside are just minutes from the Astoria. Pubs, restaurants, department stores, theatres and shops of every variety are close at hand. And could never tire of the views from the condo of the B.C. Legislature lit at night, the ocean and snow capped mountains of Washington. A very successful month with great support from the folks at VictoriaPrime.
Victoria is a very walkable city and many guests find they never use their cars at all. There's so much to see and do in the downtown core itself.
Fantastic condo in the heart of the city.
My husband, his sister, her fiance, and me stayed in this amazing condo right in downtown Victoria. It was the perfect place to getaway with great views of Parliament. Everything was easy walking distance and the concierge who met us upon arrival was wonderful, full of wonderful inside information about the city.

Additional information about rental rates
PAYMENT An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Payments outside of Canada may be made in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfers. Bank money orders, cashier’s cheques or personal cheques are payment options (for Canadians only) payable to Victoria Prime. Cheques must be secured by a credit card authorization while in route. Email transfers (Canadian banks only) can be sent to email@example.com. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date. All payments are in CANADIAN DOLLARS. All reservations will be charged a Booking Fee. CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT Guests must provide credit card details as a guarantee of payment to Victoria Prime. Guests accept all terms and conditions of the rental agreement and accept all liability for rent and charges related to property rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of the rental. Guests understand that these costs will be charged to the credit card provided. In the absence of another payment agreement, guests authorize Victoria Prime to charge the credit card provided for payment of these items. The guest whose credit card is on file alone is liable for all payments and damages on a reservation and is fully responsible for the full reservation rent and charges. CANCELLATIONS A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $50 admin fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, deposit or cleaning fee. However, if we are able to re-rent the property for the dates cancelled, we will be happy to refund all or any part of that.
