Overlooking a dramatic bluff, 'Keiha's Paradise' offers wonderful views of the spectacular Pacific Ocean. Enjoy this dazzling vista through large windows while indoors or step out onto the living room lanai and watch for dolphins and whales offshore as you relax or dine.
Off the master bedroom is a second lanai, which presents you with a wondrous landscape of mountains and waterfalls, and is a great spot to curl up with a good book. Or simply enjoy this lush vista from the comfort of your king-size bed.
After the day's activities, relax in your comfortable and luxurious home away from home, and take in the views of Kauai's colorful evening skies.
Much care and attention has been paid to the new interior décor and furnishings, to bring home the spirit of aloha. Freshly refurbished to a high standard, spotlessly clean and with tasteful artwork, you will find your time spent here comfortable and relaxing.
About the condo and The Cliffs:: 'Keiha's Paradise' features a large living room and dining area, master bedroom with King bed and full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, second full bathroom, and a large loft with two Queen beds and plenty of closet space.
The third (top) floor location provides for great views and the high ceilings create a light and open space, allowing the warm trade winds to flow freely. This location also offers maximum privacy and a peaceful stay. The two private lanais are covered so you stay dry in case of a warm tropical shower.
The Cliffs at Princeville is located on 22 acres of beautifully landscaped property overlooking the Pacific Ocean on Kauai’s north shore, in the heart of the internationally acclaimed Princeville Resort.
The quiet privacy and creature comforts of this spacious condominium make it the perfect location for an intimate get-away, a shared vacation with friends or a home away from home with the whole family.
Nearby attractions and guest comments:: Close to the condo, there are trails down to secluded beaches nestled at the foot of the cliffs. The Princeville Center offers a grocery, bank/ATM, post office, restaurants and shops. Then it's a short 10-minute drive down the hill to the neighboring town of Hanalei, where small shops welcome browsing and a variety of restaurants offer additional dining choices to the eateries right in Princeville. The road from Hanalei to its end at Haena offers breathtaking scenery and some of the most beautiful beaches in all of Hawaii. 10 minutes in the other direction brings you to the Kilauea National Wildlife Refuge, a dramatic bluff where you can watch the antics of the nesting seabirds.

We spent 2 weeks at Keiha's Paradise. It was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 boys age 7 and 10.
The condo was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The view from the the Lanai's on either side of the condo were peaceful. We were grateful for the beach chairs and umbrella's provided. The condo's close proximity to the pool was ideal for a dip after a day of adventure. The pool was hands down the best pool ever.
This was our 1st trip to Kauai and we weren't sure which side of the island to stay on. We definitely made the right choice. There is nothing like the beauty of the North Shore. We can't wait to come back.
When we saw the good price of this condo on HomeAway, we were a little skeptical of the pictures and descriptions. Most Princeville condos of this quality with such a good ocean view are priced much higher. But when we arrived to find Keiha's Paradise exactly as advertised our fears melted away. The condo is so well stocked with everything you need and the furnishings are as comfortable as they are beautiful. A big 5 stars for Keiha's Paradise!
Keith, We loved your condo. The beds were comfy, the place was spacious, The Cliffs has great amenities, and the views were fabulous. As hoped and promised, we did see whales breaching and tail slapping on several different days...from our Lanai! The only complaint is that it is so DARK in that part of Princeville at night and directions/ signage to The Cliffs is poor, so we had trouble finding the place. And that's really not much of a complaint!
We would love to stay again if we're ever privileged to get back to Kauai.
The perfect place to stay with our son and daughter-in-law. Accommodation was extremely comfortable, furnished with all we required. Owners are clearly thoughtful, anticipating guest needs. Many nice touches - we enjoyed the Hawaiian music and CD player. A great location; quiet, lovely views (even in the rain). The management office was very helpful in arranging activities (luau, boat trip) and recommending places to eat, beaches to visit, etc. A lovely stay in every way.
We arrived late on a Saturday night, and after some confusion with the keys (just make sure you pick them up at the car rental and don't believe the concierge at The Cliffs if they say something different if you talk with them ahead of time), we arrived at the very clean, nicely furnished condo and fell into the lovely, comfortable beds! We had our two daughters, 8 and 11, with us so the proximity to the pool was perfect and not loud at all. I could not believe that from the condo we had a view of the ocean one way, the mountains the other, and were right next to the pool! The only bummer for us was that the sports court area and playground were off limits due to resurfacing. Don't plan on having them available for a few months as the work is weather dependent and there seems to be quite a lot of rain right now!
One recommendation with kids, especially in the rainy season, is to be sure to bring some cards, movies (BlueRay for the main TV, which you can also check out at the main desk), and/or any games you might want. The selection at The Cliffs is slim picking. They do have quite a few puzzles though and a small library of books for adults.
Thank you for the boogie boards and chairs!!! Those were a huge bonus to have. We did our best to find the breaks in the rain and just appreciate being in the warm rain and enjoyed the beaches (Anini, Haena/Tunnels, Poipu), snorkeling, hiking Ne Pali, Blue Dolphin Ne Pali tour, surf lessons through the Titus Kinimaka school in Hanelei, the pool, and coconut shrimp at Trucking Delicious in Hanelei followed by the natural shaved ice at the Wishing Well (we hit both those spots twice). We definitely needed a few more weeks there and plan to be back in a summer!
One suggestion is maybe to have an extra set of beach towels? We found ourselves throwing ours in the dryer quite often, sometimes twice a day, as they wouldn't really air dry quickly this time of year and with the rain, we were wet fairly often. :)
Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to be. I hesitate mentioning how much I appreciate the affordability because I don't want you to raise your rates! This was a bucket list trip that we have been saving for over many years, and it was fantastic to be able to afford to stay at such a nice place. I searched high and low for something like this, and the price would allow us to return in the future. Thank you!
I rate this condo 5 stars for value and 4 stars for amenities/luxury. The location was great with unobstructed ocean views, condo sits back about 300 feet from the bluff. Pool was perfect for kids and was very warm. Sometimes resort pools can be cold but not this one. There was a family hot tub and adults only hot tub which is nice for couples without kids or want privacy. Grounds were safe and clean. I enjoyed the onsite library, where I found a new book and my daughter got some puzzles. The condo was very clean (no ants/cockroaches/etc.) and had everything we needed. Nice covered lanai that overlooked the ocean. The condo had a nice loft with two beds upstairs and private master bedroom/bath. Beds were very comfortable. Condo is perfect for a family with two kids. There are only two negative things I can think of: 1) condo was right next to pool, this didn't bother our family at all but some people may not like this, you could hear kids play around 5/6pm everyday but then it was quiet after 7pm, overall I thought the condo was very quiet and 2) the front door lock needs to be replaced, its kinds tricky but after a few tries you get how it works. One final thought, you definitely need a rental car if you stay in Princeville. I would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!
