Wonderful gulf beach views greet you from this third floor condominium at beautifully manicured Loggerhead Cay. The large, heated pool is also in sight from our screened-in lanai. Enjoy the view of the beach and the gulf from the living room sofa. Enjoy sunrise from the kitchen, lunch on the lanai, or enjoy the sunset from this beautiful, bright, and airy top-floor condo. This condo is on a corner of building 5 and the lanai is screened on two sides offering stunning views. Additionally, the vaulted ceilings and overhead skylights make the condo feel open and spacious. There is an elevator to move your luggage and groceries up to your condo. Our designated parking space is directly across from the elevator.
Our rates include all fees and damage protection. No damage deposit required.
LIMITATIONS - WE ARE A SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTAL. WE ALSO DO NOT RENT MORE THAN A YEAR IN ADVANCE. We give our current renters the opportunity to return the following year first until the end of their stay.
The master bedroom has a king bed, and looks out onto the lanai. There are two twin beds in the second bedroom.
Secure High Speed Internet (WIFI) is available at no additional cost and there are three flat screen TVs with cable, DVD players and a limited selection of DVDs for all ages. There are also books and games if you want to turn off the electronics.
Many restaurants are within a short walk or drive, and a fully functional kitchen is available for those who prefer to eat in. Our complex also provides propane grills that are available to our guests. There are two tiki bars(Holiday Inn and Sanibel Inn) within a short beach walk in either direction where you can grab a quick lunch and other refreshments on the beach.
In addition to the linens and towels, we also provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and an assortment of beach toys so you can pack lightly. Our full-sized washer and dryer makes it easy to minimize the amount of clothing you bring. Our management company provides a starter kit of laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, kitchen towels and trash bags. We also provide bathroom soaps.
We welcome pets, however we are limited to a single pet weighing 25 lbs or less due to condo association rules. A non-refundable fee of $250 per stay applies.

Why Becky chose Sanibel Island
We fell in love with Sanibel during an unexpected short trip. I love the beach and our condo has a great view of the beach! Our Complex has the best pool on the island - good for lap swim. We also love that our complex allows pets. Our condo is on the corner with views of the beach and the courtyard. Love the vaulted ceilings. We love the views and the interior. You can see the beach from the living room and lanai, and also from the kitchen. It is a unique unit.
What makes this Condo unique
We allow a single small pet. Secured WIFI is in the condo. We love boating to North Captiva, Cabbage Key, Ft. Myers Beach, Matlacha, Caya Costa, St James City on Pine Island and Cape Coral. Kayaking at Tarpon Bay into the mangroves is also fun. Rates already include damage protection - Not necessary to separately purchase.

Poorly maintained unit but great beach and location
We love Sanibel. Lived on island for years. Love the Loggerhead Cay location on the island’s east end. But this owner has not attended to numerous maintenance issues: thread bare carpet unraveling in second bedroom; a few missing vertical blinds; broken latch on clothes dryer; light burned out in frig; light burned out over stove; twin beds noisy; plastic Venetian blinds in both kitchen and second bedroom don’t work properly.....shall I go on? And the owners live in nearby Ft. Myers....
We are glad you love the island and Loggerhead Cay. We do not always know that certain items need to be addressed unless they are reported to our management company for maintenance by our renters. The cleaning staff does not always notice things that someone who is staying at the property would. We are not in the property every week as it is rented for so many weeks because it is in such a great location. We appreciate it when our renters mention these items to our management company.
The lights you mentioned have been changed by our management company. We had also noticed the blinds on a visit a couple of weeks before, and had ordered new ones that arrived last week and have already been installed. Unfortunately they had not arrived for your visit. The latch on the dryer is being fixed by our management company once the part arrives. The small patch of carpet you mentioned will be replaced in 2 weeks when we can get an installer out. We will also look to replace the twin beds with a queen and a twin. These are all items that once they are reported can be and are addressed. Had these been reported to us when they were noticed, they would have been addressed as soon as practicable. We appreciate you letting us know about the issues we were not aware of.
Wonderful property with great location
The condo is spacious and well-equipped. It's in a wonderful location--easy walk to the beach and the view is beautiful! We spent a good chunk of each day sitting on the screened in porch, watching the water and enjoying the breeze. There were a few things that could use a "touch up," including the vertical blinds and the bathroom door in the front bath. But this didn't distract from a great stay. Thanks, Becky!

Love the location of the property but the condo needed some attention to detail. Whoever the owners use as a property management company needs o be held accountable for a clean, dust free condo.

Very Comfortable King bed!
We recently stayed in this condo for two weeks! It was a very pleasant and a convenient place to stay. The couches could use some updating but having three TV's was a nice touch. This unit had an elevator but did NOT have any kind of cart to lessen the trips from car to condo on the third floor. The screened porch was a nice touch for the lazy evenings. The kitchen was well equipped and a pleasure to work in....
The sofas are in the plan to be replaced. We replaced the love seat last week. Hope to see you again soon!
Great, comfortable place!
Great place, decorated lovely, well equiped. Right on the beach. Loved the screened lanai. Master bedroom bed was so comfortable! Even has beach chairs and beach towels. Less to pack next time. Our little shitzu loved it too. Beautiful grounds. Didn't use the pool but it looked nice. Not a full view of the beach from the lanai but great view regardless. Bathroom showerheads could stand to be replaced. But no complaints at all. Owner and Royal Shell very nice to work with. Hope to be back soon!!
Comfy place to stay!
Condo was nice overall (both bathrooms are due for an update). Had a great view of the beach from the lanai and was very convenient to the beach. Condo has a well stocked kitchen and beach supplies (including beach towels) were provided which was so nice!
We are on the Beach, Bird Watching, J, N, 'Ding' Darling National Wildlife Refuge, Golf at Beachview Golf Course, Enjoy Walking on 12 Miles of Powdery White Beach with lots of shells! Rent kayaks and paddle through the mangroves, During Spring Training, you are a 20-30 minute drive from the training grounds of the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins. Take 'Lady Chadwick' from North Captiva to other islands, including Cabbage Key where Jimmy Buffet wrote Cheeseburger in Paradise.

Our condo books exclusively from SATURDAY to SATURDAY w/ a minimum of 7 days stay. PLEASE NOTE: We only book one year in advance as we allow our current renters to choose the same week the following year by the end of their stay. A separate damage waiver from our management company is included in our rates. Selection of VRBO damage Protection will be duplicative Final payment is due to our management company by check 30 days prior to your stay.
