About Rick LeMieux
I love to golf, so being on the Springs Golf Course was a big plus when we purchased the home. Also having the huge common area back yard is great for the kids, or the adults playing frizzbee, bocci - throwing football passes, touch football or playing catch with your friends and kids. And the mountains and the scenery are beautiful that helps to make a peaceful experience.
Rick LeMieux purchased this Townhome in 1993
Why Rick LeMieux chose Radium Hot Springs

Warm beautiful place
Quiet warm house has everything for perfect stay.
We had very nice vacations.
Andrey: Thanks for the nice review of our vacation home.
Spacious home and bedrooms.
Very clean and great location for us. All was as promised. Water bottle was empty when we arrived which was the only inconvenience.
Thanks for your kind comments. There is an extra 5 gallon water jug in the storage closet off the LR. Also, if you are out of water, you can get a refill at the Mountain Food Market on the main street for $6.00, I hope this shortage of water did not create a problem for you.
Great location & property!
Very neat & clean condo in the heart of Radium. Easy walking distance to town & beautiful setting right on the golf course.
Thanks for your kind review. Have a Great Year! See you again next year.
We found the accomodation spacious and well supplied. The green space overlooked by the balconies is peaceful and inviting. Our grandchildren would have loved playing on the grass and trees. We enjoyed ourselves immensely.
Thanks Brian. Good to hear you had a good holiday and enjoyed our vacation home.
Please come back and see us again.
Superb Stay in Radium
Our stay at this Radium Condo met and surpassed all our expectations. The property, first of all is very accessible and centrally located. It was quiet, with a peaceful and serene "backyard" view from the deck. The unit itself was well maintained, immaculate, comfortable and "homey". The kitchen was well stocked in terms of utensils and appliances, as well as cooking and baking needs (condiments, coffee and tea, spices etc.) and we were able to cook the meals - that we did choose to eat in - without having to buy all the secondary items. (Of course, we tried to replace anything that we may have depleted) I had a couple questions for the owner after checking in and he was immediately available. I would have stayed a couple more nights if it had been available. All in all, it was one of my better vacation rentals, and if I have occasion to be in need of a Radium accommodation again, I will start by checking with Rick Lemieux. Highly Recommended!!!
Thanks for your kind comments. Please come and stay with us again sometime.
Nice condo in a great location
I stayed here this August for a week, and really enjoyed it. It is on the Radium Springs golf course, but far enough away to not be in danger of getting hit with golf balls. And there's even plenty of grass out back to play bocce or whatever. Having a balcony on both the top and main floor is really nice too. The main floor balcony provides much needed shade in the middle of the day. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning. It can stay fairly warm at night, and although there is a fan there we did have some trouble falling asleep some nights.
Overall though I really enjoyed the condo and the location, and would stay there again.
Yes, it does get a little warm during the hot summer months. Leaving the windows and patio doors open and turning on the power fans does help a bit. Thanks for your kind comments.
Visit the hot springs, mineral pool and cool pool in Kootenay National Park, just minutes from the property. Arrange for white water rafting just north of the 4 corners. Lots of good ethnic restaurants in Radium to satisfy your desires. Excellent hiking trails, fishing in the Columbia River, horse back riding & lots of golf courses - are all close at hand.
