About John Coscarart
My wife Jennifer and I live in Los Angeles California. Jennifer is an RN working at UCLA Medical Center and I am a special education teacher in Venice, California. We both like bicycling along the beach bike paths on Santa Monica Bay. I like to scuba dive in the Channel Islands with my son but as I have gotten older I prefer the warmer waters of the Sea of Cortez.
John Coscarart purchased this Condo in 2010
Why John Coscarart chose Cabo San Lucas
My wife and I grew up in Oklahoma and Arizona respectively, but we LOVE the ocean. Ever since we first vacationed in Cabo San Lucas we've been going back to vacation as often as we can. As our family has grown, we have found Cabo San Lucas to be the perfect place to take our children and now grandchildren. They couldn't get enough of the ocean. They were just amazed the first time we took them snorkeling - they said, 'Cool, it's like swimming in a giant fish tank!' There was no question, we had to invest in our own 'Cabo San Lucas Beach Condo.' We hope you'll enjoy all that the Los Cabos area has to offer. You'll want to keep coming back too! John & Jennifer, Los Angeles California.

Nice Condo in Great Location
We had a wonderful week in a nice condo at a great location at Misiones del Cabo. The unit was perfect for our family of three with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two balconies. There complex has a pool with swim up pool bar for drinks and food and a fantastic secluded beach access perfect for snorkeling sunning. There are decent food options surrounding the property and many other services, including downtown Cabo San Lucas within an easy drive. John was responsive to emails and helpful with information. I would recommend that there be more instructions on using the washer/dryer and dishwasher, as they were not quite as intuitive as expected.
We look forward to returning to Los Cabos and would definitely stay at this condo again.
Like an oasis in the desert!
The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with everything you could need provided. We loved relaxing around the pool. Being out of town was perfect for us, quiet and safe. We did find the hill to the top of the road too much for us to climb to catch the bus as we both have disabilities. There are taxis available to pick you up for a grocery run, but they are expensive. We met many nice people, some who came back every year. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again if we went back to Cabo.
I am glad you had a good time! I always recommend that guests rent a car. I recommend BBB Rent a Car! They are at the airport. I have never had a complaint about them. The taxis are expensive. It is much more convenient to have a vehicle as long as the rental car companies don't take advantage of you. If you are going to to travel rent a car!
Great... if you don't mind the 7 am wakeup
We loved the property, location, etc. Only negative was the maintenance office being below us and waking us up EVERY day just before 7 every morning starting their work day, talking and taking out equipment. So, no sleeping in for me since once I wake up I stay up. PS it is only a partial ocean view so if that is a big thing you want it is minimal.
Great place for the price
Condo was comfortable and well stocked with nice view . My daughters slept in the blue room and got bit by something pretty bad all nights , don't know what it was . The pools were too cold and the jacuzzie didn't work , big bummer. Town is very close and easy to get to . The little place by the pool to eat was ok , we didn't try the food at the little market. Pizza up the street was ok. Beach is close and not crowded but we preferred Chileno beach. One of the great things was having use of the beach chairs , towels , ice chest and umbrella for the beach. We would stay again.
Cant say enough good things about this experience. From initial communications, instructions, to location and furnishings within unit. This was our first time not staying at a resort in cabo, and this experience was by far our best. Definitely will repeat!!
Thanks for the great review! Come back anytime. I am very glad you had a wonderful time.
Great Condo, Great Location for families or friends
Completed our 8-day stay in John's Misiones condo and wanted to share our impressions and recommendations. We appreciated the new couch, chairs and pillows in the living room - so new, we took off the tags on the pillows. Beds were comfortable and each had a peak-a-boo view to the ocean and looked at the very well kept condo grounds. The drinking water filtering system and (new?) Washer/Dryer were a real convenience. Mornings were spend on the covered patio enjoying coffee and views to the pool. Speaking of the pool, it was always pretty much quiet all the time- Perfect for us. The pool and deck were also very well maintained with sparkling clean water.
Thanks to John also for the beach chairs, umbrellas beach towels and cooler, which set us up for our days at the beach at the foot of the condo property.
Final kudos - Technology. Fast free Wi-Fi, Roku (I want one...) , and Netflix ensured we enjoyed the end of every sunny warm day. Connectivity really does matter and here it was great.
The Misiones location is really optimal to all things Cabo - 10 minutes to core San Lucas or 15 to San Jose. Costco and Super Wal-Mart are 5 minutes away, so you can pick up anything you want in the way of foods or drinks. I would recommend a car, but cabs are easy to find and are more economically.
I also recommend taking the walk to the CAPE hotel for happy hour on the roof top deck and to watch the sunset. Another recommendation is to visit the Sunset Point (on the 2nd level) for wine, apps, and pizza, a great view into San Lucas - arrive 20 minutes before sunset.
Glad you enjoyed your vacation! Come back anytime!
