Our unit is in Building 9. We have recently updated all the furnishings in our condo to create a home away from home. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with new furniture and linens and features a cal king bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has 2 beds, a queen and single mattress with all new linens also.

The living room features a new sectional sofa with a 50 inch flat screen TV and Blueray just in case you still want to catch the game or watch a movie.

The dining room and lanai are both setup to comfortably seat a family of 6, and there is wireless throughout the unit so you can rest leisurely on the lanai or couch with your laptop.

We have presented this unit with all the amenities of home. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

About The Owner

My wife and I are from Vancouver, BC and recently bought this condo after coming to Maui for many years. We are both professionals and wanted to create a retreat that is similar to our home but located in the beautiful and relaxing setting of Maui. Virtually everything in the condo is brand new and of a quality we would have in our home. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

What makes this condo unique

Kamaole Sands is well situated in the heart of Kihei. The complex has a wonderful pool for the kids and is directly across the road from a beautiful and calm white sand beach. The complex is within walking distance of several fine restaurants and is also within walking distance of the Wailea beach seawall for those early morning walks.

Perfect for a girls' get away

We really enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands. The unit had everything we needed and more. Nicely appointed and very comfortable. The gardens surrounding the unit are beautiful and well maintained. It's across the road from a great beach. There's another lovely long beach just south of the unit for walking and running. Walking distance from good restaurants and stores. A short drive to supermarkets. Excellent location for sightseeing on the island. The owners, Steve and Jeanette, were very approachable and responded promptly to any questions. Will recommend the unit to friends and family and hope to return ourselves.

A Home Away from Home

The unit was better than advertised, lots of extras not included in list (left by previous guest). The unit is exactly like the pics, no surprises. Wednesday Mai Tai Pool party was a lot of fun. Right across street from Kamaole beach 3 (our favorite) and close to restaurants (Kihei Cafe a must) and Ulua beach is great for snorkeling. 4th floor lanai has a partial ocean view that we enjoyed everyday. Elevator makes room access very easy. Would recommend to family and friends, will not be disappointed. Steve was excellent to deal with and always was quick to respond. Also a great location on island to do excursions.

Beautiful Unit, Excellent Amenities

This unit came exactly as advertised, with more amenities for the kitchen and lanai than expected. Home away from home! We loved, and thoroughly made use of, the community barbecues (cleaned daily). This quiet unit has amazing access to gardens, the kids favourite beach, parking, the pool and shopping. Make sure to enjoy the Wednesday Mai Tai Pool Party!

This is the perfect unit for 2 couples or a family of up to 5.

The owners made everything extremely easy and hassle-free. They promptly and accurately replied to emails with thorough instructions and details. We would definitely recommend staying at this complex and with these owners ...but not to too many people as it will then be harder for us to return :)

Great place would stay again

Location is excellent. Beach just across the street. We liked that.

Apartment came with beach chairs. We used them almost every day.

Building was very quite. The complex has tennis courts, very nice pool and gym.

We used the outdoor BBQ's which are located close by out in the common areas.

We met some nice people while using them.

You can rent paddle boards and snorkel equipment from reception. That was a nice option.

Parking was right outside the unit. Happy with that.

So over all I would highly recommend this unit.

Maui vacation

Our stay was fantastic. The unit is in a great location being close to the pool and the beach. In addition, close to restaurants and shops. The view from the lanai is spectacular. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Condo and Excellent Location

My family enjoyed 10 days Maui vacation in July 2014 and just returned home.

Excellent Condo and highly recommended.

Kamaole Beach III was just across the street. The shopping and restaurant areas is about 5-10 min driving distance.

Condo is exactly what it shows in picture.

A lot of amenity including beach chairs, parasol, body board, etc...

We cook every day. All kitchen supply are available, even rice cooker.

All you need is to buy food you want to eat.

Owner Steve is very easy to deal with.

I highly recommend this condo and will come back next Hawaii vacation.
