Inside, the spacious living room includes two large couches and a stone fireplace situated alongside large windows giving the space plenty of natural light.

The home also features a cozy second living area, complete with a flat-screen cable TV. Enjoy your favorite shows from the overstuffed suede couch and chair, or step over to the nearby dining nook with a wooden table set for 6.

Beside the dining nook is a fully-stocked kitchen with cherry wood cabinets, updated amenities, and marble countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a full-sized refrigerator and freezer, a 4-burner gas oven with a stove, and an automatic dishwasher.

The first master bedroom features an electric fireplace and a reading nook, perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking. The second master bedroom is situated off of a large bathroom with a clawfoot tub and his and her sinks.

Perfect location!!

From the moment we walked in the beautiful house, I was amazed!!! The main floor had a more than well equipped kitchen. Beautiful hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. The laundry room was perfect! New washer and dryer so we didn't have any dirty laundry to take home! The dining room was very spacious with a den attached that the kids took advantage of the video games! Another den with beautiful views of the cog and the mtn's was a center point after eating dinner. Downstairs, the two bedrooms were plenty for 5 people! Bunk beds with a trundle and another twin bed in one room and a queen bed in the other room. The bathroom downstairs was fantastic as well! The front porch was great for watching the Hikers and Pukes Peak Marathon runners! Oh forgot to mention the half bath on main floor. On the 3rd floor the 2 master suites were just amazing! We had the main master which was beautifully decorated and had mountain views. With a flick of a switch you had a romantic fire going in the fireplace along with the sitting area in the window. The room was huge!! The bathroom, well, was perfect! I took advantage of the claw foot tub after our Ascent of Pikes Peak. Loved that it had shower handle attached to the bath faucet. Beautiful oil rubbed bronze fixtures. Glass shower was amazing and the toilet was separate so u could do ur thing while the other got ready lol. There was plenty of parking and no one ever got our spots. Paige was great to deal with, sad I didn't get to meet her In person due to our late night flight delays;(. Overall amazing place to stay and I recommend it for anyone!! Hope to reserve it again!

Lovely home for a big group!

Myself and eight friends spent a long weekend at this beautiful home - we loved the location and walked to down town Manitou Springs several times and also found hiking trails within walking distance of the house. The lay out of the house is great for a bigger group - two bedrooms and one bathroom on the lower level, and two bedrooms and bathrooms on the third level, with the kitchen and living space on the middle level. Our only complaints were that there weren't enough towels and wash clothes for all of us, and the kitchen was very disorganized so it was hard to find things. Overall though it was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay again!

My family and I loved this beautiful home and we can not wait to return. Manitou Springs is such a fun town. The weather was absolutely amazing. We don't get to experience a fall like that here in Texas :)

We took our family to Manitou Springs to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. First, the location was perfect for all we wanted to do over the weekend. Walking distance to the Cog Train, the Iron Springs Chateau was across the street and walking distance to many shops. There was plenty of parking space for our vehicles. It was a perfect house for our group of 12 - 7 adults and 5 children. We could spread out and enjoy the entire home. We had one issue with the stove, but they got on it right away and took care of the problem. Great people to work with. Only suggestions we have are very minor; a few light bulbs needed replaced and we could have used more hand towels and washcloths. We would definitely book again.
