We have recently renovated and updated our unit (Dec. 2010) with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, heated tile floors, new couch and loveseat, new dining table and chairs, and so on. Measuring nearly 400 square feet of our 1150 sq ft town home, the open-plan living area provides ample space for you to gather with family and friends.
Arrowhead Point is situated in one of the most desirable ski-in/ski-out locations in the Benchlands/Upper Village in Whistler/Blackcomb, at the top of Painted Cliff Road. The ski in/out is across the street directly under the Wizard Express chairlift - the longest lift in Whistler. Conditions permitting, you can also ski-in right to our building off the ski run called 'Home Run'.
Our home is the end unit, nestled up against the trees, in the quiet area of the Benchlands on Blackcomb Mountain, so you will enjoy plenty of peaceful privacy. You will find our home well-equipped and all on one level, which adds to the spacious feeling of the unit. The third bedroom with the flat screen TV and Xbox acts as a bonus room for the kids to escape to.
Enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub after an invigorating day on the slopes. Occasionally, your visit may even include a viewing of one of Whistler's famous black bears as they amble past our deck.
We have reservations available year around, so whether it is a winter stay or a summer vacation, this home is perfect for a family holiday.
Arrowhead Point is a family orientated complex and there is zero tolerance for disrespectful behaviour that affects the peace and enjoyment of our neighbours.

About Anita Riddell
We are Andrew & Anita from Vancouver, and we are the happy owners of this beautiful Whistler vacation home
Anita Riddell purchased this Townhome in 2010
Why Anita Riddell chose Upper Village
Arrowhead Point is the perfect location for our Whistler getaway, it is a very small private development located at the top of the Benchlands/Upper Village. Being a ski in/out by Whistler definition, we are just across the street from our main access right under the Wizard Express, from here we can choose to ski on either mountain. At the end of the day we can also ski in right to our building, what a great convenience.
What makes this Townhome unique
We are so close to the village that it takes less then 5 minutes to ride the FREE shuttle down, yet we are just far enough above the village to have the desired peace and quiet of a true vacation home among the trees. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a private hot tub, and a gas fireplace in our roomy living room, what more could we have asked for.

Wonderful Whistler Getaway!
My husband and I and a group of six friends stayed at this beautiful townhome recently for our annual Whistler getaway. The eight adults in our party were well-accommodated in the three comfortable bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The snow at Whistler was amazing and plentiful during our stay, and, after a great day on the slopes, we retreated back to the townhome where we relaxed in the private hot tub, made dinners in the well-appointed kitchen, and played games in the nicely laid out living area. The location of the unit is wonderful and quiet, situated on the lower level with a forest behind it - it is lovely to sit and drink hot chocolate while looking out at the forest as the snow falls outside! The "ski out" path leading down to the base of Blackcomb is a short 3-minute walk from the front door of the unit, and the "ski in" is easily accessed from the lower Blackcomb hill on the "Home Run", which is an accessible blue-level trail that takes you directly into the Arrowhead Complex. The owners of the unit have thought of everything, as the kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance, utensil, and gadget one could possibly need to cook meals in, and there are plenty of games and books to keep people of all ages entertained. Clearly, much thought and attention to detail has been put into the design and use of the unit to ensure an amazing "home away from home" experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again!
Loved our White Christmas
We were a family of 10 and the accommodation was exactly as described. We loved skiing at Whistler and using the hot tub each night after a day on the slope's. The bus service is an added bonus to transport you to and from the Whistler Village. Fantastic response from the owners in keeping us update with our booking and answering our questions we had. We arranged for grocery's to be delivered prior to our arrival which saved us time. The WiFi was easy to use and there was booklet with information about Whistler and the Town Home that were easy to read and understand. We loved playing the board games. We hired ski/snowboard equipment from "The Coast" apartments which was in a close proximity to the town home apartment. We loved the ski in/ski out aspect and were fortunate to have three feet of snow during our stay. Our highlight at Whistler (beside's it being a beautiful destination)was snowmobiling and going to the Dinner/Dance on Christmas night at the Fairmont. We would recommend the town home - it is home away from home.
This unit was so impressive when we first walked in. It was SUPER CLEAN. All of the finishes, decor, and furniture were just beautiful. We had a group of 8 people. Two couples and four singles. The bedroom layout was perfect for our group. Beds were very comfortable. The amount of info that was provided before our stay was extremely detailed and very helpful. There was even a binder in the kitchen with a ton of info and details for us. The property manager was quickly responsive if I had any questions during our stay. We LOVED that there was a composting bin and that recycling was heavily encouraged! The kitchen had all the tools and gadgets you'd ever need. Plenty of plates, silverware, glasses, etc. There was a free bus that took you to and from the village. Some folks in our group tried walking to the village one day because they didn't realize there was a free bus lol. Don't do that. Just take the bus. =) 1/2 our group snowboarded, and the slopes were a quick walk from the unit. I'd say it took us about 2 min to walk to the trail that led us to the ski run. Quick trip down the run brought you to the ticketing center and main lift that brought you up the mountain. I'd really encourage any non-skiers to take the time to ride the gondola up and take the peak-to-peak gondola. My friends did this and met us at the top for a drink in the lodge and it was REALLY COOL. At the end of a long day of snowboarding, it was amazing to just snowboard to the little trail that would bring us back home. We'd get back, change clothes, and immediately jump in the hot tub. It was HEAVEN. We went Dec 7-11 and the snow wasn't good at all. I was concerned that we planned our trip a little early in the season for good snow, but it was my 30th bday so I wanted to be there for my bday weekend. In hind sight, I would've pushed our trip off to January to hope for better snow. We still had a fantastic time, though. The village is great. This place is awesome whether you ski/snowboard or not. Like I said, 1/2 our group didn't ski, but they still had a lot to do. Everyone in our group was impressed with this unit. I have told several people to contact me if they plan to go to Whistler so I can refer them to this unit. One other person in our group has already given the info to her parents so they can book it for their family vacation. A++ RATING!!!
Nice spacious house away from the hustle of Whistler
For the 3 couples, the place was spacious and clean. Away from the hustle of Whistler and at the same time not that far away from the village. Couple times we walked which was very pleasant and it took about 1/2 an hour. The bus is also close to the place. In the future i will definitely book this place if available. Thank you for sharing your place....
Thoughtfully equipped and beautifully presented apartment
Up a short hill from Whistler village but walkable, this apartment is set in a private location overlooking trees at the back so affording privacy for the hot tub and BBQ. It was very clean and detailed helpful instructions were left, and there were lots of useful extras. The owner was very helpful. The beds were really comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay here. Whistler is surrounded by stunning countryside with many activities to choose from and the lively village has lots of good places in which to eat.
Fabulous place, great location, well equipped with everything you need and more. Just great would stay here again for sure.
