Our 2nd time staying at a VRBO and like the first, this one was magical. Amazing old stone home, plenty of room, very comfortable and welcoming. Brought our dog with us and she had a great fenced in yard to play. We loved our stay and will certainly return again, wonderful experience, thank you Sandra.

A wonderful experience!

  • 5 of 5

We could not have asked for a more accommodating or excellent experience: Sandra bent over backwards to work with our schedule and was kind enough to invite us next door for a great concert. The house is beautiful and the location perfect. Would (will) definitely repeat. Thank you!

New Hope Winery

  • 5 of 5

I don't know which was nicer, the property or the hospitality of Sandra and her associates. This is a magnificent 1800s house on the grounds of a winery about two miles from New Hope. While it's historic the facilities are all modern. Meanwhile the friendliness of our hosts was old fashioned warmth. I can't recommend this highly enough for several couples. It was perfect.

Great Place in the Middle of Everything

  • 4 of 5

I was traveling with my dog and stayed at this very old farmhouse for a week. All my family and friends came to visit. Great fenced in yard for dogs to run. Kitchen has modern appliances. Being next to the winery was so convenient for stocking up on wine and cheese, etc. The house has to date back to the 1700's with an add on that must have been made in the 1800's - very charming and everyone loved the place. The only problem was the noise from the traffic on Rt. 202. I live on an island and it is very quiet by comparison. But there is ample parking for guests - unlike New Hope proper where parking is at a premium. I would come back again. The hostess runs the winery next door. Everyone was so delightful. My poodle was a regular at the shop. If I came back I would time it to attend one of the concerts at the winery event venue and maybe the Bucks County Playhouse.

Perfect

Myself and four of my girlfriends had a fabulous time during our Bucks County Girls Week. The house is beautiful. You can feel the history but all the modern conviences were there. Thank you so much. I have already recommended this location to family and friends.

Exactly what we were hoping for!

  • 5 of 5

We just got back from our getaway and couldn't wait to say what a wonderful time we had. From the first five minutes we knew we will be coming back eventually for another trip.

The three of us (including our dog, who enjoyed it very much) were very comfortable in this charming house stocked with all the comforts of home. The house has two large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (plenty of clean, fluffy towels), either would make a nice master, and two additional bedrooms. There’s ample space for a big family or group of friends. The office (with WiFi throughout the house) came in handy to get some work done while on vacation, and a nice-sized, fully equipped kitchen met our cooking needs.

Overall, the house was very clean and the beautiful grounds well manicured with a lovely butterfly-friendly garden right outside the front door. We also found a couple of blackberry bushes at the end of the property, a nice surprise. The owners are very friendly and helpful, yet completely respectful of our space and privacy, a pleasure to work with.

The house is centrally located between the towns of New Hope, Lambertville, and Peddler's village, we loved going in all the little shops, took a nice walk every morning at the Bucks County Audubun Society at Honey Hollow about five minutes away (dogs welcome), saw a concert at the winery (very nice venue), and had a delicious dinner at Karla's Restaurant and yummy breakfast at the Eagle Diner.

We only stayed for half a week, there's so much more to see and do than we had time for, we’re looking very forward to a return trip in the future.
