I enjoy numerous outdoor activities and cultural events. I take classes through Eckerd College at a nearby satellite campus and I'm an usher for Ruth Eckerd Performing Arts Center. My palette likes to be tickled whether it be a local ethnic eatery or well known gourmet restaurant. I have lived in my townhouse full time for many years, and leave it reluctantly to join my new husband in his home.

Why Owner chose Tarpon Springs
This has been my home for a number of years. I selected it for the view of the Gulf, the location near two large cities, and the amenities in both the townhouse complex and the community. After viewing a number of other units in the area this was the one with the best floor plan and features.
What makes this Townhome unique
While at my property I enjoy the view, listening to the birds, walking along the boardwalk by the unit to look into the canal and seeing different sea creatures. I sometimes hear splashing in the water and try to figure out what created it. I enjoy entertaining guests as the floor plan makes it easy to entertain.

My husband and I stayed in this condo for about two months while waiting for our new home near Orlando to be completed. This listing and photos are accurate, but I think it looks a bit nicer in person. The condo is very clean and spacious with covered parking for two cars. We had plenty of space to store our things and bicycles. The kitchen is well equipped. The stacked washer and dryer were small, but very convenient. The upper level (bedrooms) has a nice view over the Gulf of Mexico. On the first level, there is a covered porch where we ate all our meals. It looks out onto a small canal and the mangroves. We loved watching the birds, turtles, fish, and wildlife. It's very quiet. There is a nice community pool that we enjoyed - almost always by ourselves. We had a couple minor issues with the gas grill and microwave, but Sally and Neil promptly took care of everything. All our communications were quickly responded to - never an issue. They were great landlords.
Tarpon Springs and the surrounding area are great. There are great Greek restaurants which we enjoyed. Our favorite restaurant, though, was Tarpon Tavern where we went a lot. Dunedin and Safety Harbor are two nearby communities that are also cute with nice shops and restaurants. Clearwater Beach is nearby with a lot of activity and the sunset celebration. Our favorite beach was Honeymoon Island State Park, only about a 20 minute drive from the condo. The Pinellas Trail is a wonderful place for walking and biking.
We really enjoyed our time there. Although we were moving into our new home, it was kind of sad to leave. It is a wonderful condo in a great area. I would definitely recommend this condo to a friend.
Great winter escape
We stayed for the month of February. The townhouse was clean, comfortable and the sunsets from two nearby beaches were spectacular. We felt like we were in a very secure location. The owners seem very nice and allowed us privacy. If we decide to return to the Tarpon Springs area, we would try to stay here again.
Great Place to Stay
The condo was very nice in a quiet setting near Sunset Beach. I enjoyed the decor and cleanliness of the place. It is located between Tampa and Clearwater so there were many places to visit within reasonable driving distance.
Tarpon Springs is the historical home of the Greek community in Florida. Noted for its sponge divers.
