This luxurious property has been TOTALLY renovated . The very spacious kitchen with Granite Counter tops and all stainless steel appliances has been opened to morning-, dining- and living room. It comes with brand new tasteful designer furniture and beautiful accessories and pictures.
The eating bar off kitchen includes a bar-vegetable sink and wine cooler. In the kitchen you will find a gas stove, dishwasher and fridge with ice maker, brand new dishes and all imaginable gadgets – if something is missing, let us know. The 2 bedrooms, the master with a California King and the second with a queen, plus den are well appointed and have direct access to two of the patios.
The 2.5 baths provide an outstanding master suite with rain shower, jet tub and double sinks. All bathrooms have a separate toilet area, the guest bath comes with a large shower and both are done in granite. The newly added ½ bath is conveniently located off the back entrance, close to the entertaining area and laundry room. The gardens are attended by our professional gardener and include a beautiful cactus garden.
You will enjoy the view of the small lake where you can watch the ducks swim and the majestic mountains. No expense has been spared to make this home as comfortable as possible. High end mattresses, sheets, beautiful towels and decor are included. 55' and 42' flat screen TVs in the great room and master bedroom respectively. It is just a few steps to one of the 44 community swimming pools (even pool towels are provided). Exceptional Rental Property!
Having rented many homes in the U.S., Mexico, and Europe, I feel compelled to write a review of this beautiful Rancho Mirage home. We needed a quiet, comfortable place to stay for three months while my husband had surgery and began his recuperation. We were not looking for a vacation rental, per se, but more of a LIVABLE home, and did we ever find it! This home was perfect! The location was ideal, being across the street from Eisenhower Medical Center and close to shopping, restaurants, movies, and golf. The complex is ideal for walking, as it is HUGE and has lovely views. The home itself has recently been renovated with the highest grade materials and appliances, and it is beautifully furnished. It is located beside a lovely pond with waterfall and has a patio with everything needed to enjoy the water and mountain views. The gourmet kitchen has everything! All dishes and utensils are brand new. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the rain shower and the jetted tub are sublime! I should also mention that the owners, Sonja and Stan, are the nicest people and were exceptional to deal with. All in all, you will be hard-pressed to find a better rental home than this.
Take a Short Drive to the Beautiful Joshua National Park for Hikes and Day Trips, or a Short Drive to the Trendy Town of Idyllwild in the Refreshing Pine Forests of San Bernardino National Forest, a Terrific Day Outing. Also 2 Hours to Visit San Monica Pier, La or 3 Hours to Visit San Diego. Close to Numerous Golf Courses and Sport Amenities.

Rates are variable depending on time of year. May-September $2300-3700, October-December $3900-$5500, January-April $5300-$6600 and for long term rental (typically 4+ months depending upon season). Rental dates and periods flexible. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Reservation is confirmed upon completion of lease agreement provided by owner and signed by lessee and signed and approved by lessor. CANCELLATION POLICY First payment of Rental Fee, "Reservation Fee" of 25% non refundable. Second payment of Rental Fee 75% which is due no later than 90 days prior to start of rental or date of reservation booking if later is non refundable after payment. Cleaning fee fully refundable prior to start of rental period. Damage deposit refundable.
