This condo in beloved ocean front property now has a spankin' new look as of May 2013! It now boasts THREE King beds in addition to new plush twin XL beds so that everyone sleeps like a king!

The condo is in a well known complex next to Holiday Inn/Tides. It is 1/2 block from Center street restaurants and activities so there is no need to drive. Just walk from the gated property to visit all that Folly has to offer.

The condo has sweeping ocean views from den and master bedroom balcony. It has four bedrooms, three baths to include a king in the master bedroom with a private bathroom/Jacuzzi, a second master/king with a private en suite bath. The third bedroom has new king with room for a cot and the fourth bedroom as two plush XL twins also with room for a cot or crib. Those rooms have a Jack/Jill shared bath with entry ways from both bedrooms. There are also 2 LL Bean cots available at no extra cost.

The kitchen is completely equipped and user-friendly and seats 10 inside and four outside on balcony. All needed amenities are there to cook family meals or you can walk a short 1/2 block for your choice of restaurants.

This Non-Smoking condo is spacious and comes with all the little extras like family games, beach toys and chairs, boogie boards, children's movies, dvd, multiple flatscreen TVs with cable.

There are two nice swimming pools on the property fronting the ocean and surrounded by plush grass. Watch teens swim at pool from your balcony or watch on the lush grass where they can throw frisbees etc...

This gated condo has off street covered and non-covered parking. Only guests can use the amenities. Two parking spots come with the unit. There is nearby free city parking. Or, on Saturdays during the high season the villas has extra parking spots which are sold for the week by the parking lot attendants for a small fee but on a first come basis.

There are many golf courses nearby including world class Kiawah and Wild Dunes. There is a municipal golf course five minutes away and historic Charleston is literally ten to fifteen minute car ride.

In the Charleston area there are many activities to include viewing the Battery, the Market, Rainbow Row, The Hunley submarine, the Yorktown, Fort Sumter, Dock Street Theater, the Aquarium, the Maritime Center, horse and carriage rides, and much more.

The start of the Civil war was in Charleston, thus there are many historic sites as well as museums and many antebellum homes and gardens.

Just steps from the condo is Center Street shopping, dining, parasailing, fishing at the pier (pole rentals $5), bicycles, surf rentals, and much more.

Nice location, and the condo was the perfect size for our family.

Overall, very nice place to stay for a week. The only downside to the condo was the size of the kitchen for that many people. Too tight to have more than two people in there at a time - actually a little tight even for two people. Everything else in the condo worked really well for us. Nice having the closet outside for the beach stuff.

Nice accommodations.

Nice place with comfortable beds and clean. Spectacular view and walking distance to town; however, the owner could stand to shut the place for a week and do some cosmetic repairs as well as re-tile the kitchen area. There were several tiles cracked and one was missing with duct tape over the location right in the middle of the walkway. Bathrooms all could stand some drywall repairs at the shower areas, as drywall and paint were deteriorated and holes in the ceiling or wall. The outside patio deck needs to be re-coated as it is also peeling in some areas of high traffic. I know it doesn't help that I am a contractor seeing these items, but these few improvements could go a long way in giving condo a fresher look.

Awesome view, location and room for my whole family.

Enjoyed many nights on the deck area playing cribbage and Uno with the family. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Visited Bert's for toilet paper, snacks and some meal supplies. The kitchen is well equipped. Walked the beach morning and night, swimming in the ocean and pools filled our days. Road trip to Charleston and Dolphin/Morris Island tour went over big with my kids and grandkids.

A Wonderful Stay at the Ocean

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was just as it is pictured on the site. The location couldn't be better, just a 3 minute walk to the center of town, with it's excellent choices of restaurants and entertainment options and close enough to Charleston to see the sites there too. The view of the ocean from the condo is spectacular. It was so nice having access to both ocean and pool. The beds were comfortable, there were more than enough seating options. We loved being able to cook breakfasts each morning and a few dinners together during our stay. It was a wonderful time!

Can't beat the location

Right on the beach, right near downtown Folly - besides a couple trips to the big grocery store, I never had to get in my car all week. The place had everything we needed and plenty of room, would definitely stay again.
