About Casey & Caroline
When we are home we collect antiques with my parents who are collectors and restorers. We've added a few pieces to make our home more welcoming for you! We love the friendly atmosphere in Paso Robles and appreciate our local activities in our downtown park. Nothing beats a wonderful bike ride out on our country roads or a kayak paddle in the estuary in Morro Bay. Enjoy everything Paso Robles has to offer. Discover the unique history of Paso Robles and learn about our Salinas River which runs South to North!
Why Casey & Caroline chose Paso Robles
We have always loved living on the Westside of Paso Robles. We have tree lined streets and charming homes which reveal the history of Paso Robles in its architecture and town layout. We built our Treetop Cottage in 2010 - just behind our main home creating a hidden cottage. We created a peaceful retreat for those times when we come home to see family and friends. Enjoy exploring Paso Robles as we have for over twenty years!

Wonderful Cottage in Paso Robles
We stayed at the Treetop Cottage in Paso Robles during March 15-20, 2018. The cottage is a stand-alone structure in the back yard of a larger house a couple of blocks west of Spring Street. The cottage is a small one bedroom/one bath house. It is high quality in construction and is maintained very well. You have much more living space than you can get for a comparable price at a hotel, plus it comes with a fully equipped kitchen, clothes washing and drying machines, and a fabulous view to the east of the surrounding hills. Cable TV and wireless internet both worked perfectly. The owner lives in the main house and "checked us in" to the cottage. He offered to help at any time, but then let us have our privacy for the duration. We have a plug-in hybrid car and the owner graciously allowed us to use his electric vehicle charging system. Highly recommended!
A Great Place.
We truly enjoyed our stay this cottage. We are not the youngest anymore, and we appreciated that there were only three steps leading to the front door. This accommodations had all the necessary requirements of a care and worry free stay. It was clean, bright and airy. We stayed a month. When not out and about the Central Coast, the warm and sunny afternoons on the balcony overlooking the city are a nice treat. For a winter vacation in California, this cottage is a great option. When a minor issue came up, Craig was right there to put it right. We hope to stay again. Ray & Linda M.
Owners Thought of Everything
An excellent home base for exploring Paso Robles and its surroundings, and also a great place to relax and enjoy the views. The cottage is very tastefully designed and furnished with attention to every detail. In a perfect world, the bed would be king size instead of queen, but we would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful place. Great location.
Spent a week at Tree Top Cottage and loved it. The cottage is clean, well appointed and comfortable. Updated interior, including the bathroom makes this a very good place to stay while in or near Paso Robles. Enjoyed the view from the deck and found it relaxing. We did not cook much but had everything we needed in the kitchen. While the walk down the hill could be hard on some folks, you can always park your car at the bottom of the hill and walk into the center of town, where there are good restaurants and places to visit. I highly recommend this property.
Next best thing to home
Treetop Cottage was great. The property has everything a person would need in order to stay comfortably. It is clean, up to date and you can tell there is pride in ownership. Would not hesitate to stay here again
The cottage was lovely! Jeanne and Craig were the best host/hostess. Unfortunately, as someone had written before about some type of construction that had been going on while they were there, the same thing happened to me, being woken up at 6ish a. , with hammering and another early morning (not as early) with the same thing within one week is not my idea of being some place to rest and relax.
I didn't care much for the set up of a stackable washer/dryer being outside of the cottage that was shared with whomever else on the property and no T.V. in the bedroom.
At the least, ask the manager's if there is anything going on in the neighborhood that may be a disturbance before you rent, the house next door looked like it was trashed out and abandoned, apparently not, the people there may have been working on it, as well as some home owner's down the hill may have been doing some construction work on their abode.
