One of the best rental units on the beach, this 1,315 square foot 3 bedroom 3.5 bath beachfront condo at the top-rated Beach Club will be your home away from home for your family's vacation. The rates quoted on this site cover all taxes, cleaning fees and credit card payment fees. We will discount this rate by 3% if you pay by check or bank transfer.
Our unit is located on the ninth floor in Avalon, the newest tower at the Beach Club which is a little more peaceful and private than other towers due to its location. We also work with local experienced maintenance and cleaning professionals to ensure you a pleasant stay.
The master suite has a king sized bed with beachfront balcony access, a large walk-in closet and huge bathroom. Along with the queen bedroom and the separate 'kids' room with a twin and double bed, the unit sleeps 7 comfortably. Provided linens and a fully-stocked kitchen with separate washer and dryer space, mean all you need to bring are your clothes, bathing suits and beach towels and you are ready to hit the beach! We also work with experienced maintenance and cleaning professionals to ensure your satisfaction during your stay.

The unit is beautifully decorated in a beach theme, is as comfortable as it gets and the view is spectacular. Access to up to five pools on site, including the Avalon Tower's own pool right out the tower doors -- easy access to the beach, with a short stroll down the boardwalk and you are set!
This is a family-owned unit that is perfect for any family (lots of games in the unit to choose from) and for the snow-bird couple who will have family visit when they are on-site.
We supply paper towels, toilet paper, and soap but be sure to bring along any personal toiletry and food items you may need during your stay.
As owner direct, you also have access to the private Club area (optional and additional charge) that includes the heated indoor and outdoor pools, fitness and locker room along with numerous other amenities (more details provided below).
Never been to The Beach Club before? The Beach Club Resort and Spa is unlike any place on Alabama's Gulf Coast. We love that you if you do not want to you never have to leave the resort! The Beach Club is far enough out to keep you away from the stress and noise of the crowds but not so far out that you can't quickly access the main strip's many tourist activities.
As previously mentioned, as a renter of 906 Avalon you will have direct access to four outdoor pools and hot tubs, three kiddie pools and of course the beach! You can also take the kids to the playground to grill out or treat yourself to shopping, ice cream and coffee at the Village Market at the front of the property. You can get carryout, drinks at the bar or dine at the beautiful restaurant at the top of the clubhouse with incredible ocean views. You also have access to the clubhouse lobby which includes two DVD rental machines, an ATM machine and a full-service European Health Spa and Salon. There is also a sports bar at the front of the property with plenty of entertainment for young and old.
We are club members so for an additional optional daily or weekly fee you can have Club Level access which includes a fully-equipped fitness center, men's and women's locker rooms with private lockers, baths, showers, saunas and steam rooms, morning coffee, towel service, a kids' game room and The Club House pools featuring a heated indoor and seasonally heated outdoor pool, children's pool, whirlpool, pingpong table, poolside tiki bar and grill and seasonal fitness, children's and holiday activities and special events. This will also give you the option to rent poolside cabanas with tvs, fans and refrigerators and use the numerous state-of-the art hydro-clay tennis courts (lessons and clinics available for additional fee), as well as check out games, basketballs and shuffle board equipment.
For golfers, less than 2 miles away from the Beach Club is the world renowned Kiva Dunes, one of Golf Digest's 100 greatest public courses for 2006 and also the outstanding Peninsula Golf Club only 4 miles away. There are also several restaurants, churches, historical sites and nature preserves located within a mile or two on peaceful Fort Morgan Road.
Just a few miles further in you can shop at the Tanger Outlet or numerous other retail sites, go to the movies or zoo, play putt putt, ride gocarts, visit an amusement or waterpark or dine at a variety of local and chain restaurants.
For those guests traveling by air, the Mobile and Pensacola airports are an hour to an hour and a half from The Beach Club.

About Jeff and Holly Ashley
The Ashley Family - Jeff, Holly, Elizabeth and Clair. We are from Kentucky and have been visiting Gulf Shores for over 20 years. It is the easiest drive to a beach from KY and we love the beautiful, natural white sand beaches and the peacefulness of The Beach Club. We also enjoy the privacy of our 9th floor unit and spend a lot of time on the balcony.

Why Jeff and Holly Ashley chose Fort Morgan
We bought this unit after looking at a lot of different properties knowing we wanted a great place for family vacations -- and this is the best! We are original owners at The Beach Club - our first unit was a two bedroom in the Catalina. Later, we upgraded to a three bedroom in the brand new Avalon Tower - so we are also the original owners of our current unit. Avalon is the newest tower at the Beach Club and is also a more peaceful, private tower than others.
What makes this Condo unique
The Beach Club is by far the best place for families in the Gulf Coast -- everything you want and need is on-site and terrific restaurants and other activities are nearby. It is secluded enough so that you don't get caught in the hustle and bustle of otherwise crowded Gulf Shores locations.

An Awesome Fall Break!
Beach Club Resort ; We stayed in the Avalon Condo: Jeff & Ashley are the owners and they are awesome to work with. My husband and I went down 4 days before our kids came down to the Condo, we had an absolutely Great Time! Our kids enjoyed it almost as much as we did. The Condo is Beautiful & Very Well Decorated, it has also got the best stocked kitchen I have ever been in & I have rented plenty of Condos over the years. The grounds are beautiful also. The View is Amazing!!! I/we will definetly rent from Jeff & Ashley again. Thank you both for making us feel so welcoming in your Condo we felt as if we were at home and that says a lot. Great condo with plenty of room and amenities!
We would highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Fort Morgan! We loved the condo and the Ashley's were great to work with! We will definitely stay in this unit again. The kitchen is stocked very well and we had fun cooking family dinners every night! We love The Beach Club and this is one of the best condos we have stayed in!

Property was excellent. Beautiful view. Plenty of room for our group of six. Check in was easy...but, be warned... everyone checks in at basically the same time. There are 4 elevators, but the line for them stretched out into the parking lot. This was not something the owners can control. They are wonderful in that you can check in with the cleaning ladies and possibly get in early...that is a real plus! Beach is crowded, again not something owners can control. We were there at a peak time...but, we are accustomed to more privacy...but our kids were thrilled with amenities...so a trade off!

Additional information about rental rates
These rates are for online payments. These rates will be discounted if you pay by check or transfer the payment to our checking account. Weekly rates cover all taxes and cleaning fees. Cleaning fee will be added to nightly rates (we pay the same fee no matter how many days a renter is in the unit). Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed with $300 (check by mail) - $320 (online by credit card - only $300 will be refunded) refundable save-the-date/damage deposit and signed Rental Agreement which are due within one week of booking. Full payment due 35-40 days prior to arrival depending on payment type. Flexible pricing available during less popular time periods (late fall, winter, etc.).
