Our unit is open concept, has 3 flat screen TV's all with DirectTV, HD in living room , WI-FI ,central air conditioning, full sized washer & dryer, screened lanai that overlooks the 9th fairway of the El Rio Golf Course, and within walking distance to the club house, large community pool is 1/2 mile away. Donaldson Park within 1/2 mile with 5 lighted tennis courts, one mile from the Caloosahatchee River. Several marinas nearby with boat ramps, and approx. 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, and 45 to Sanibel Captiva. Please enjoy our updated photos.

My wife is from North Fort Myers, both our children were born in Fort Myers, and we still have family living in the area. We love the beach and enjoyed the years in South Florida!
We could not pass up the opportunity to own property again in South Florida. This condo has a grocery store (Publix) across the street, is close to restaurants and some of the best shopping in South Florida, and did I say the golf course? It seems that everything you need for a wonderful vacation is only 5 minutes away. In addition, there's a community pool a 1/2 mile away, a water park for the grand kids, a fantastic walking track is across the street.
The condo was beautiful, and was perfect for what we wanted. It was clean and stocked with all of the things we needed for making dinners and days on the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We had a friendly welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
A very nice condo, furnished with comfort and convenience in mind. The owner was very professional and thoughtful in all of our interactions. The balcony, overlooking the 9th hole of the 9-hole golf course, makes for interesting relaxation. The location of the unit is terrific, with the Publix and a walking/biking trail of about 2 miles in length just across the street, downtown Fort Myers just a few minutes away across the bridge, and all sorts of restaurants, theaters and shopping all within 10 minutes. We really have nothing negative to say about our experience and would happily rent this unit again.
We rented this condo over the internet blindly which I really did not want to do, but it was last minute. We communicated directly with the owner who was very clear on the rental agreement and terms and he was very quick to respond to all our inquiries. Our communications were great throughout the entire rental process. He also promptly returned our damage deposit the day we left. The condo is located on the El Rio golf course ( 9th Hole ). A great little course with reasonable rates. ( Golf Now ) We also enjoyed the view from the lenai watching the golfers duff their shots daily, ourselves included. The condo was in great condition and somewhat updated. It was well equipped with most needed essentials. i.e Salt, Pepper, TP and the owner even had beach equipment and golf clubs and supplies in case you forgot yours. The prior renters left household supplies, as did we which made it a little easier. The other condo owners were very nice and they were all a pleasure to meet. The condo is in North Ft. Myers and it is in a safe neighborhood. There is a Publix across the street which is very nice and restaurants are very close by (Marina Town) with plenty of places to eat and drink. Downtown Ft. Myers is about 10 minutes away and the beach was 30. This was fine for us as we are golfers. I cannot say 1 bad thing about the condo, it's location, or the owners as this was a very nice place and a pleasure to have stayed at. The only downfall is that it does not have a pool or tennis courts like most other condos in the area for the same price. For that reason alone I chose not to re-rent next year. Not that we play tennis, but the pool would have been nice. I based that decision solely on the rental price and the amenities. Other than that this was a great place to stay and we really enjoyed the place. O and by the way they have a great walking path ( 3 miles RT ) right outside the front door. A great way to start your day. The weather was always great in the 80's Thank you Doug......
