SEA RANCH CLUB OF BOCA
The community of Sea Ranch consists of four H-rise buildings, each with 24 hr. concierge service, swimming pools, fitness centers, card rooms, pool room, library, tennis courts, a putting green and Social Club providing organized social activities. The complex is between the ocean and the intra-coastal waterway providing east and west balcony views. The building provides 24 hr. security. A private beach access is just across the street with beach chairs and Gazebo's.
If you are interested in renting this fabulous condominium. there is a four month minimum rental permitted as per association regulations. Please be advised that due to a limitation on the VRBO rates system, my rates will show a 120 day minimum stay at $200.00 per day. Our minimum stay is four months.

The community of Sea Ranch consists of four Hi-rise buildings each with 24 hr concierge service, swimming pools, a fitness center, card rooms, pool room, library and tennis courts. The complex is unique because it is located across the street from the ocean and on the Intracoastal Waterway.
Sea Ranch has a private beach with Gazebo's for sun protection, chairs and chaise lounges. There is a golf putting green and organized social activities are offered throughout the year for residents and their guests. The complex has 24 hour security and a maintenance personnel.

Our condo is very special because of it's location in the complex and it's expansive water views. It has been professionally decorated and renovated for personal use and family enjoyment. It is luxurious but not ostentatious. Included are two indoor garage parking spaces and a 40' Boat Slip in the Sea Ranch Marina.

There is only one other condo unit on the floor. The common space where the elevator leaves you off is a few steps from your door. Upon entering the condo you will immediately relax and enjoy the magnificent views of the ocean, beachfront and boats cruising along the Intracoastal waterway.

The interior of 1,697 sq. ft is comprised of a spacious living room, separate dining room open to the fully equipped kitchen and living room, a laundry room , a grand master bedroom with en-suite marble 4 piece bath and walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom is used as a home office and guest bedroom. There is an additional full marble bathroom. Two balconies add 342 sq ft of out door space for daily enjoyment and gorgeous sunrise and sunset views.

Dining Room: Unique glass table with a custom wood base and six cushioned chairs. There is a glass slider that opens onto the front balcony with beautiful ocean views.


Kitchen: Beautiful custom cabinetry, granite counter tops and backsplash, fully equipped with
top of the line appliances, deep oval Porcelain sink with stainless swivel faucet.
Recycling drawer, Insinkerator disposal, Kitchen Aid Dishwasher, GE Profile
Refrigerator, GE Microwave, Thermador Oven and GE electric cooktop.

Master Bedroom: Expansive bedroom with glass slider to rear balcony. A king size bed and custom
upholstered head board. Over-sized bureaus/end tables on either side of the bed.
A large custom built triple section wall unit with shelves and drawers for clothing and a large Flat Screen TV
and electronics.

A dressing room area with a custom made granite top vanity is adjacent to a 'spa
like' marble four piece bathroom with a soaking tub and large marble glass enclosed
shower with multiple shower heads


Guest Bedroom/Home Office: A queen size Murphy Bed is built into a wall unit containing drawers
and shelves for storage. Three self-inflating twin-size air mattresses included. In
addition, there is an office area with connections for internet, fax machine, DVD
Player and a wall mounted flat screen television.

Our association requires that rentals must be for a minimum of 4 months or longer.

Required by Sea Ranch Association: Application fee:$100.00 non-refundable personal check. $1,000.00 security fee is required by the association prior to arrival that is refundable if they deem that you have not damaged any common areas of the community. Lease: Payment of 1st month rent and security deposit of 1 month rent, paid in full with a Bank Check, upon signing of lease. Final payment : Total balance due 1 month prior to occupancy. Must be paid with a Bank Check. Their is a fee for the parking garage fob of $50 which is refundable upon return to the management.


Owner's cancellation policy:

50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.

100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
