About Jennifer Frink
We purchased this house with good friends, another Portland-based family. Given that Seaside is just 75 miles from Portland, it has been a quick and easy get-away for both families. Seaside is a place that is special to all of us, and we have ties to the local community and many friends in the area.
Jennifer Frink purchased this House in 2007
Why Jennifer Frink chose Seaside
We appreciated the home's proximity to the beach as well as the short walk to the Promenade and downtown Seaside. Both owners have young children, and the river estuary is just a 3 block walk where kids can play in relatively shallow water.
What makes this House unique
While staying in Seaside, we enjoy beachcombing, crabbing, clamming, kite surfing, stand up paddle boarding, walking/running along the prom, hiking Tillamook Head and Saddle Mountain, dining at the many wonderful restaurants in Seaside, Cannon Beach, and Astoria and shopping at the outlet mall.

Charming get away close to the beach
Our trip was great. We had a girls weekend away with all mothers and daughters. This place made us feel right at home and it was easy access to the beach. The owner was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We plan to make this a yearly trip!
Nice place for a family to stay in Seaside.
Excellent location - short walk to the beach. Plenty of space for our party of 7. Beds were comfortable. Owner responded rapidly and was easy to work with. We would stay there again.
We vacationed here for a few days after Christmas to catch up with our extended family. What a delight to find a table big enough for all and with benchs which made gathering around the table much easier with family members of different ages. We found the little nook with table and chairs an out of the way place to build a puzzle or play games. The actual living room looks tiny, but the areas around it make it easy for different things to happen. The living area included the kitchen with a great refrigerator and and island with the tiny lights; it was so charming. Another thing that was great was the closet with toys and games was not in the living room but in a room where children could play and be out of the way but still close to everyone. Bedrooms were nice with closet space and hangers and some flannel sheets. Lovely. Upstairs bedroom and bathroom were great, a place to get away from all the excitement downstairs. The house was close to the beach so we went on lots of walks when the sun came out and the wind died down. And, it was adequately heated, a must in the winter. We really enjoyed staying there. Thank you Jennifer!
Thank you for the feedback, April! I'm so glad your family enjoyed the house!
The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Very short walk to the beach.
Great house for large group
We loved this house a stone's throw from the beach and the Prom. The front living section was separated by a sliding door from the two-story bedroom section. This meant that those who wanted to sleep were not disturbed by those who wanted to socialize. Only caveat is that there is not a lot of living room space, but there is dining seating for 14. The house had a large fridge and washer/dryer, well-equipped kitchen to feed a crowd, lots of bikes and beach chairs in the garage, and a great yard for lawn games. The owners were super responsive via email and phone answering our questions before our stay. We would definitely recommend the house to friends, and already have.
Great Beach House!
This beach house was roomy, clean, well stocked and close to the beach! We didn't want to leave!
Large back yard suitable to set up croquet, badminton, or volleyball.
