Situated on one of the highest points in Trillium Village, on Lodges on the Green is complete with a large grass area for outdoor activities and a large outdoor fire pit.

Enjoy everything that Private Club membership has to offer; access to Trillium Links, a challenging course designed by PGA pro Morris Hatalsky, outdoor swimming pool, outdoor and indoor tennis courts, fitness center, marina on Lake Glenville with boat rental, and clubhouse and marina restaurants. Enjoy a drink around the fire before dinner, or cozy up to the new outdoor bar area with conversational seating and a commanding lake view.

The home is beautifully decorated with open living area, kitchen, and master(queen bed) on the main floor, with 2 bedrooms (1 with queen, 1 with 2 twins) and small den( pull-out couch) on the lower level. There is a new big tv in the den with selection of over 100 DVD's. There are a total of 4 TV's in the house.

The home has new carpet throughout, fresh paint and each bedroom has separate bathroom. A wood fireplace is situated in the main living area and can be enjoyed year round. Firewood can be purchased at the nearby Ingles grocery store or hadware store. A back deck with new furniture, overlooks the beautiful trees with a great view on the mountains and Lake Glenville (in the winter).

Panthertown Valley is a 6,700 acre piece of hiking heaven in the Nantahala National Forest, and is located adjacent to the Cashiers/Highlands Plateau. It has been nicknamed “The Yosemite of the East” and is home to granite domes, waterfalls, valley floors and rare high altitude bogs. This area is known nationally as the “Land of Waterfalls” because of the 19 falls that are scattered throughout the rugged mountain terrain. Access is close to many great hiking trails including Whiteside Mountain, and Whitewater Falls, the highest falls east of the Rockies. Rafting on the class 4 rapids on the Chattooga River.

Enjoy fly fishing on many of the mountain rivers and steams close to Cashiers. Minutes from shopping in downtown Cashiers and ten miles from shopping and exploring in Highlands, NC.

You will feel completely relaxed after visiting the lovely NC mountains!

Great spot

The townhouse was very cozy. Decore was cute/cabin-y and was very well appointed. Lots of extra blankets and pillows, which you don't find all the time. Kitchen had a ton of dishes and pots and pans! Everything worked. The beds were soft and dreamy! This townhouse is on the end of the culdesac so it has great views! Deer ran through the yard one morning. Thanks again!

nice stay in mountains over Christmas holidays

Very nice to spend time at Trillium in mountains with family. Accommodations were nice and having 3/3 gives plenty of room. Only problem was the hot water heater either malfunctioned or was set too low. Hope to be able to come back to this wonderful place.

We are sorry that they had problems, even for one day. We now have more hot water than you need. The hot water tank was repaired and is running perfectl

Met All our Expectations

Two senior couples spent an enjoyable week at this residence and found all appliances, bathrooms, beds and video equipment in good condition. Being at the end of a cul-de-sac has it's benefits, especially being very quiet. We used the community's facilities and they were exceptional. A very pleasant young man gave us a two hour tour, by boat, of Lake Glenville and we highly recommend purchasing this enjoyable activity. Excellent dining choices nearby in Cashiers and recommend a day trip to Highlands for window shopping. Quaint communities with a down-home feel and welcoming smile by local residents and businesses.

Very comfortable rental for five people, great condition

We were very happy with our stay at this property. It was as described and provided comfortable accommodations for our family. The location for us was perfect and we liked the remote feel. The only downside is that it is not very child friendly (we have a toddler) and there are steep stairs inside and out, windows very low to the floor we could not open (it is three stories up), and furniture (deer horn lamps) that we had to move. The garbage must also be loaded into your car and driven 5 minutes away, and no second rolls of toilet paper were given so we had to purchase our own. Other than those small inconveniences it was perfect!

For those who want to venture out, the Tuckasegee River (rated among the top 100 fly fishing rivers in the country) is less than 10 minutes away.

Set out with your own boat or rent one from Trillium's fleet. Choose from fishing boats, deck boats, runabouts or pontoons. Members and guests may also take advantage of the 34 boat slips available for rental at the Trillium marina.

Rent canoes, kayaks, water skis and other water sports’ equipment to prepare your family for a fun-filled day on the lake.

The array of summer camps and programs make multi-generational memories that kids will want to share and create again, and again, and again. Trillium offers three summer camps to its young members: Camp Trillium, Junior Golf Camp and Junior Tennis Camp in addition to planned teen activities.
