Poipu Sands 121, Just remodeled April/may of 2016. Re- Open June 9th. .1750 sq ft. two bedroom/two bathroom Spectacular Ocean View condo 350 yards from Shipwreck Beach at Keoneloa Bay. I can sumarize my condo in a few KEY Words : Updated, Light & Airy, Awesome Direct View of Keoneloa Bay from LR, DR Kitchen and MBR . My condo faces the Easterly Trade Winds and Keaoneloa Bay / Shipwreck Beach, 350 yds away plus I overlook our large Heated pool 100 yds away and our lovely Poipu Sands Green Belt. To the left I enjoy a mountain view of Hoopu Mt of the Hoary Head Range from my lanai's and one couch in the living room. Facing east with it's lovely easterly trade winds is a huge plus. Poipu Sands property lies perpendicular touching Grand Hyatt property Oceanside of the Five Bldg. at Sea Level. (see photos on vrbo.com/4279. The Grand Hyatt has quality nightly entertainment plus top shops and fine dining to enjoy. You can see the Hyatt roofline from this condo.

You will be watching the Waves Break & Roll onto the Beach from Inside the condominium on Both Levels (second and third-Townhouse Style). You will Awaken and Fall Asleep to the Sounds of the Waves. In addition, from living room and lanais, you will enjoy a lovely view of Mt. Hoopu of the Hoary Head Range just beyond Poipu Bay Golf Course, home of the Grand Slam( 1994-2006). Enjoy overlooking our Poipu Sands Large Heated Pool with a deep end and Lap Lane 100 yards ocean side of 121 Poipu Sands. It is a one minute walk to the pool and a 3 minute walk to the Ocean at Shipwreck Beach. It is a 5-6 minute walk into the Grand Hyatt lobby. I just remodeled the kitchen and both bathrooms, New tile in kitchen, foyer, guest bathroom, all, new cabinets , granite counters, new sinks, mirrors, new plumbing, all new carpet padding. 'm excited to re-open for guests on June 9th. the remodel will be complete the end of May.

Our decorator furnished updated (2016) 1750 square foot Non-Smoking vacation home is perfect for two-four persons. The Master bedroom has Exposed Beams, King-Size Bed, Oversized tub/shower, and Private Lanai.The Guest Bedroom now also has a King sized bed with Adjoining Bathroomshower) ( and Full Laundry just outside the door at end of foyer.. We have excellent, dependable WiFi and 2 flat screened LCD TVs. all appliances new within the last 2 years. . Large comfortable furniture and Good mattresses. A fifth person with permission.

Within five minutes enjoy 3 beaches, Snorkeling at Poipu Beach Park, Two great golf courses, Shoreline Hiking under 2 miles to the pristine Mahau'lepu Beach and a rare and wonderful "sink hole' cave. Also It's a. 3 minute drive or 12 minute walk to Brennekes Beach and Poipu Beach Park. shopping, and fine dining, activities desks, and tennis sports bar.. Soak up the Sun and the Quiet, Inspired Natural Beauty, Whales mid Nov-mid April, sea turtles, monk seals, dolphins, Enjoy Gorgeous Sunrises from the condo and sunsets , just ( a 3 minute walk to the southern tip of the island on a cliff). Be sure to spend time in our inspirational National Botanical Gardens or take a Helicopter or Boat ride to the Napali. We have a Private Tennis court at Poipu Sands and an 8 ct. tennis complex in Poipu Kai. Use our lovely greenbelt for walking between 2 beaches and outdoor family fun. Please don't forget to just relax at 121 Poipu SAnds' Lanais or in a friends Beachfront condo in Poipu Sands a complex within (Poipu Kai- a 4 star resort) I live in my condo (121) over half the year and it is supplied with anything you might need. I live on island year round so am available as needed for questions or any emergency. I worked at Poipu Bay Golf Course and was a Golf Concierge for the Grand Hyatt for 10 years. Now I just manage my condo 3170 and a friends condo 4279. The master bedroom on the 3rd with exposed beams has a king with a 12 inch memory foam mattress , a private lanai, a tub/shower, separate sink area and make up area.

It is quiet, so private and uplifting- 38inch flat screen. Netflix , vcr/dvd, wi fi and table.

I was a College Instructor and my husband Owned a Business. We first came to Kauai on a vacation in 85 and 'fell in love' . After much research in the Poipu Beach Area we bought a condo in our favorite complex, Poipu SAnds with the most beautiful view of Keoneloa Bay, Shipwreck Beach, the Ocean beyond, Mahaweili point, Mount Hoopu, in addition to our gorgeous Pool and Greenbelt. The Grand Hyatt is perpendicular to our property. I see the roof line from my condo. I live here in Poipu SAnds most of the year and work at Poipu Bay Golf Course so can stay on top of the condo needs and requests of my guests. Come experience our Aloha. It is so very peaceful in Poipu Sands yet everything I enjoy doing is right here. I could do without a car many days, just walk anywhere I choose to go. The Heavenly Trade winds blowing through the condos, especially in Building One and Five are very special to me. A cool breeze on my skin is just so refreshing and the sounds of the Ocean are Awesome. I Fall Asleep and Awaken to the Sounds of the Ocean and rarely close my bedroom glass slider even at night. The temperature is 70's and 80's year round on Kauai. I love the many varieties of flowers, palm trees&flowering trees plus the Turtles, monk seals, dolphins and whales (late Nov-late April). Snorkeling in the ocean is like entering an aquarium. I swim laps at our exceptional pool and used to play a lot of tennis on our private court and at the tennis complex. Now I play golf at Poipu Bay, work there part time and part time at the Grand Hyatt golf concierge desk helping guests with their golf needs. I have become involved in local activities and I love the local people . They are genuine, positive and truly live Aloha .

What makes this condo unique

Guests at Poipu Sands enjoy a Large Heated Pool in the winter and a cool Refreshing Pool with deep end and lap lane in the summer. We all enjoy Grilling at the pool and there is a fish market 5 minutes away as well as 4 grocery stores. We have a lush colorful Greenbelt for family fun and an 'open feeling' with panoramic views.. Our buildings are far apart and we have good sound proofing so I rarely hear anyone. I'm on the end. It is a quiet and private feeling here. We are very close to The Grand Hyatt, Poipu Bay Golf Course, hiking, horseback riding, atv touring, snorkeling, scuba, 10 top restaurants, lots of tennis, two fine golf courses, walking areas, limited biking , lovely shopping villages, and historic displays and wonderful old big banyon trees and monkey pod trees. Within 1/2 hour helicoptor rides, boat rides, water skiing, history tours, hand gliding, kayaking, tubing, an outdoor mall,more zip lines & atv tours, & horseback riding and extraordinary National Botanical Gardens.
