Charming, centrally located Condo nestled in the mountains of Breckenridge. Everything you need is within walking distance: it is just steps from the Snowflake lift and 1½ blocks from the shopping, restaurants, and nightlife on Main Street (the free shuttle also runs up Four O'Clock Road if you would prefer to ride). You can take the short walk (or an even shorter drive) to the Upper Village Pool, where there are beautiful hot tubs, a heated indoor pool, and locker/ changing rooms!

The kitchen is fully remodeled and the gas fireplace will keep you warm and comfy. You can keep your car and equipment in the heated garage and grill out for Apres on the private deck with your own gas grill. The private (free) washer and dryer are great for keeping your clothes fresh and dry after a long day on the hill. Cozy up on either the couch or chaise lounge to watch TV or a DVD on the modern flat screen.

You are also welcome to use the large couch and chaise lounge for sleeping if 3-4 people want to share the condo.

About The Owner

I think Breckenridge is pretty awesome. I lived here for several years and think that it is absolutely beautiful in every season! I visit town as often as I can and there is never a lack of events, entertainment, and all around fun!

Why The Owner chose Northwest

I originally bought this condo to occupy it, which I did for almost 3 years. I love that I can walk anywhere in town: Main Street, the ski lifts, and to countless restaurants and nightlife spots. I also find it great that, although Breckenridge is an ideal, quaint ski town, it is in close proximity to other ski areas, such as Keystone, A-Basin, Vail, Beaver Creek, and Copper Mountain.

What makes this condo unique

Since I lived in this property, it has all of the comforts of home. I made many upgrades, such as a totally new kitchen, deck, and gas fireplace. I hope you love this place as much as I do!

As described .. good location for both ski and town access

Unit was as described. It exactly what we expected and we're looking for. Garage access is a bit tight but with care you can fit a normal sized car and mid sized SUV. The lift was about a 5 minute walk up the road. The use of the pool and hot tub was great and also about a 5 minute walk if you know how to get to it. Best is to cut through the complex access the street to the path. Communication with the owner was comprehensive and timely.

Great place! Amazing location!!

The condo was perfect for my husband and me! It had everything we needed and the location could not have been better! It was less than 3 minutes from the condo to putting our skis on at Snowflake lift.. Which was GREAT! especially after all day skiing, it was so nice to be back to the condo in minutes. We did not use the hot tub/pool area. We were so busy doing other things... Like enjoying Main St shopping, dining, & pubs which were all minutes away. Amanda was so helpful with recommendations and giving us an idea of what to expect at each place! A huge plus for us was the heated garage. We did use our vehicle quite a bit while in Breckenridge (ski rental, store runs, to snow mobile touring, even down to Main St at night) although if you wanted to walk down to Main Street it's totally doable. We are just that way, we ALWAYS have a vehicle on trips and use it. The heated garage made it so that we could hop in the car and GO! No waiting, freezing or ice scraping. So convenient. Comfortable bed, clean, very easy check in/check out & Amanda was helpful and very responsive! We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge and cannot wait to go back and stay here in the future!

Great little place and awesome location. Two minute walk up to the lift and right across the street from the ski out trail. (Get tickets ahead of time because there's only one ticket booth at the lift, which always had a long line in the mornings.) Easy walk into downtown.

legit and convenient cute place- it has everything you need for a ski vacation!

This studio apt was perfect for my boyfriend and I over the long weekend. It had a great kitchen where we whipped up a few meals, a comfy layout and just the right amount of charm! The fireplace was a perfect touch to cozy up to after a long day of awesome powder skiing. It's an easy stroll into town for dinner or shopping. My favorite part was we didn't need to get on a bus to get to the mountain. It was a matter of minutes from the front door until our butts were on the chair lift! Definitely looking into renting this pad again not only b/c of the perfect stay but the owner was communicative and responded timely. LOVE IT!
