New to the rental program. A view of the ocean from the balcony. Three swimming pools to choose from. A private walkway to the beach, a tennis court, a gym, and gorgeous furnishings. When you stay at Hibiscus 303-D, you can enjoy all of the above, and so much more.
Located on the third floor within a beautifully landscaped complex, Hibiscus 303-D overlooks one of the complex’s 3 swimming pools. From its balcony you have a gorgeous view of the white sands of St. Augustine Beach and the glistening waves of the Atlantic Ocean. The covered balcony has casual seating and a bar-style drinks table, making it a great place to watch the sun rise, enjoy cocktails after a busy day outdoors, and count the midnight stars.
Just in through the sliding glass doors of the balcony is the beautifully furnished living room and adjacent dining area. From the cool oak floor to the comfortable sofas to the glamorous light fixtures, Hibiscus 303-D was designed for livable luxury. Stretch out, kick up your feet, and catch a favorite movie on the HDTV with Blu-ray DVD player and Netflix built in the web browser, or curl up with your laptop and take advantage of the free wifi to email photos of your latest adventures to your friends back home.
The dining room table seats 4, with amply cushioned armchairs that invite you to linger at the table long into the night. There’s also room for 2 at the breakfast bar alongside the open kitchen. Fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and tableware, the kitchen at Hibiscus 303-D will please those who are itching to put together a multi-course feast as well as those who simply want to reheat their doggie bag from the previous night’s restaurant meal.
Because there’s so much to do during your vacation at Hibiscus 303-D, you’ll want to get a good night’s sleep. The luxe bedrooms make that easy. The master suite has a sumptuous king-size bed, a large HDTV with DVD player, and sliding glass doors that open onto the balcony. The accompanying bathroom offers both a shower to get you energized in the morning and a tub for a soothing soak at the end of the day.
With both a double and a single bed, the second bedroom sleeps 3, making it perfect for kids or for a second couple traveling with you. Like the master bedroom, it includes a large TV with DVD player. It's convenient to the second bathroom, which also has a shower and a tub--there’s no waiting in line at Hibiscus 303-D!
We provide all the linens, blankets, pillows, and towels you’ll need, so you don’t have to load up your suitcase with any of that. In fact, you can pack especially light: Hibiscus 303-D has its own washer and dryer; no wasting time at a Laundromat!
Time is the one thing you might run out of while you’re at Hibiscus 303-D--there’s so much to see and do! Within the condo complex itself are the 3 pools surrounding by lounge chairs, a tennis court, 2 Jacuzzi, a gym with state-of-the-art equipment, and plenty of grills for barbecuing and tables for dining alfresco.
A beautiful private boardwalk leads you over the unspoiled dunes to the clean, wide, family-friendly beach. You can spend hours here walking the soft white sands, building castles with the kids, surfing, swimming, or simply stretching out on a lounger and watching for dolphins, whales, and manatees.
But there’s even more to do just a short ride away. Because Hibiscus 303-D is located close to the A1A, you’re only minutes from St. Augustine’s Old Town, Marineland, Moses Creek Conservation Area, and plenty of restaurants and shops.

Hi! My name is Steve Milo and I started Vacation Rental Pros in 2006. Our family stays in vacation rental homes whenever we travel, both domestically and abroad! I own several vacation homes and listen carefully to all our guests' feedback. Our greatest compliment is when folks refer Vacation Rental Pros to their friends and relatives. We now manage over 1,800 properties in Florida, Tennessee and South Carolina. We have homes in Ft. Myers Beach, Orlando, St. Augustine Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, Ponte Vedra Beach, Hilton Head and Gatlinburg. We booked over 15,000 rentals and received over 5,000 guest reviews in 2016. Please call if you need help booking your dream vacation!
Unit is exactly like seen in pictures. Interior is above average and has been updated, nice pictures on every wall, kitchen updated, bathrooms updated. The overall complex is older but well maintained. The complex architect didn't just put up a tall rectangular box - architecture is very unique and added to "feel" of the stay. The grounds are well maintained and wood walkways connect all the units and pools. My kids are early twenties and both agreed it was a "cool" complex. We are from Orlando and have stayed in lots of Florida condo's so for my adult kids to give a thumbs up says something. The buildings are alphabetized, A and B have the best oceanside views, this unit is in building D so it is behind A & B but still has good views from the living room and master. We are used to New Smyrna beach with units right on beach so walk to beach is longer via a nice wood plank walkway but I commend St Augustine for protecting the dunes. Beach was very clean. You only get one reserved parking space and one guest space but on this weekend that was not a problem. TV's are all large flat screens. Did not notice till leaving that they had a Roku box for even more viewing options but who wants to watch TV when at beach! You are on 3rd floor with no elevator but didn't bother us even when bringing all our junk in on first day. There are lots of closets and the in-unit washer dryer was nice to keep up with dirty laundry. Really can't think of a thing to complain about the unit. Thumbs up to Vacation Rental Pros and their mobile APP - we had a minor problem with the vertical blinds and they responded quickly and understood we would prefer they fix after we left. Their App was pretty cool - just be sure to click on the arrows to see full message. I guess we did have one complaint - having to check out by 10am. So last day was not a "last day" but a very quick morning, get up and go. We asked about late checkout and were told it was same price as full day rental - calendar showed it was vacant next day - seems they and the owner should consider that and either offer noon checkout for free or maybe $50-$80 to stay till lunch time.
Expected a nice condo but this one is beautiful! Loved all the space and decor (nicest granite I've ever seen). Being on third floor was not a problem at all; only two flights of stairs and they were easy to climb. Lovely balcony with a great view! Cannot say enough of great things about this place. Easy access to beach and nice clean pools to cool off in at the end of the day.
Great little place...a little retro and perfect view of the ocean! Our A/C broke and it was fixed the next day so we did have one day of hot hot hot! I wish you could just leave your keys in the unit instead of dropping them back at the office.
We had a nice stay! The accommodations were good but I feel not quite as nice as the pictures lead me to believe they would be. The walls had previously been wallpapered and instead of properly removing it, someone painted right over top ~ so it was a bit of an eyesore. Friends of ours were staying in another unit in the same building and paid less for a nicer unit, granted, ours had a beautiful view. The balcony was lovely but the furnishings were very uncomfortable ~ pcv tube chairs are tacky. The master bedroom had a very comfortable king bed but the double bed in the other bedroom was terribly uncomfortable. The ice maker in the fridge was great to have. The washer and dryer were small and took a long time to dry but it was great to get home with very little laundry to do. The grounds were well kept and any questions I had for the staff were answered very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and the easy access to the ocean.
This condo is not your typical "pastel nightmare" like many Florida condos. Furnishings were much more modern, with bold pieces (leather couches, huge coffee table). You are able to view the beach from the balcony, while enjoying your morning coffee. Condo is third floor, so keep that in mind if you are traveling with someone that has limited mobility. There is no elevator, so if you are comfortable climbing stairs, might not be the best condo for you. The kitchen had all the tools needed to cook the fish we caught on our fishing charter. The only thing that was missing from the condo was an iron. My teenager would have liked to press some of her clothes that were wrinkled from the packing. Otherwise, the condo had everything we needed.
The condo was perfect. It was n't new, but very well designed. The weather waS TERRIBLE. Even the locals were complaining. We did not enjoy our time as much as we could have had the winter temperature been closer to normal.
