Our South Facing 3rd Floor Condo at Sawmill Creek has the Best Location in Breckenridge. We are on the Ski-In 4 O'Clock Run. Recent Upgrade is the All New Mbath Shower. The complex is about 200 yards from the New Peak 8 Gondola, Main Street Shopping is One short block away. The Free Shuttles Pick-up stops to Peaks 7,8 and 9 are right next to Sawmill Creek complex entrance. The Blue River and Bike Trail is short block away. We now have 20% discount cards for ski and board rental, good at Christi Sports. Just across the street from our Sawmill Creek complex. For the Summer season we added 2 New Trek bicycles Free for our guests.
We have an Updated, South facing 2 Bedroom condo on the 3rd floor of Sawmill Mill Creek. The Master Bedroom has 2 Double beds and a HDTV. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen size bed and a HDTV. We have added a New Queen size Murphy bed with Sold Oak Construction and Matching Book Shelves. The Updated Kitchen with Granite Counter tops has everything you would need to cook a Great Dinner for your family and guests. The Kitchen also has a very convenient Washer/Dryer and a New over the oven Microwave. The living and dinning room has been Updated with New Furniture and New carpeting . We also have New furniture in both bedrooms. There is a HDTV and DVD and a Great Fireplace (gas). The deck has a Spectacular view of the Mountains and Ski Slopes to the South and West and the City of Breckenridge to the South. We have covered parking under the complex. There is Free WiFi Internet in the unit. The large ski storage is right next to front entrance of our unit. Sawmill Creek does run through it ( Sawmill Creek Condo Complex ). We have covered parking under the complex.
Breckenridge has a Spectacular Recreation Center just 1/2 mile down our street to the North. The recreation center has a Great Fitness Center, pool/w water slide, running tract, tennis and racket ball courts. Just South of the our condo is the Indoor/Outdoor Ice Skating Arena. The skating rinks are for both recreation skating and Hockey.
You can relax after a Great day of skiing in one of the 2 the Updated Hot tubs on the 1st level or a steam bath in our unit.You can have a cook-in dinner from our New Kitchen or take a short walk to One of the Great Restaurants on Main Street. In the evening you can have something to drink on our South facing deck and watch the Skiers in the late afternoon or evening skiing or just watch a sporting event on New HDTV along with a fire in the fireplace.
Recent Upgrades include all New Master Bath Shower, 3 Digital HDTVS's, New Washer and Dyer, New Refrigerator and Microwave. New living room carpeting and New furniture in the living room and bed rooms.

Our Condo at Sawmill Creek we believe has the Best Location in Breckenridge. We are on the 4 O'Clock Ski-In run. The Sawmill Creek condo complex is less than 200 yards from the New Gondola to Peak8. We are a short one block from main street Shops and Restaurants. The Recreation center and Ice Arena are about .5 miles. Sawmill Creek does run through the condo complex which provides a Unique and Picturesque quality to the Sawmill Creek location.
What makes this Condo unique
We have an Updated 2 bedroom 2 bath with a New Kitchen complete with Granite counter tops. The condo is on the 3rd level and has a Spectacular South facing view of the Mountains to the Southwest. We are a Ski-In condo with the 4 O'Clock Run right next to our condo complex.

The location of the condo is great. The free shuttle bus and 4 o’clock ski run is next to the condo. A few minutes ride to the base of Breck at the beginning of the day and you can ski directly back to the condo at the end of the day. Walk 2 blocks and you will be on the Main Street of Breck.
The condo is clean and comfortable but you do hear foot noise from the condo unit above at night.
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is convenient to Free Bus shuttle, which goes to the Breckenridge ski lifts, and it is close to Christy Sports, where we could use a 20% off coupon to rent ski equipment. It is easy to walk to Main Street where many restaurants and shops are located. The condo has a kitchen with all the tools and equipment we needed to prepare meals there. The gas fireplace is nice and provided warmth and ambience. We didn't get to use the community hot tub as it is not convenient to walk there, when it is cold out. One has to walk outside and 3 floors to get there. Not nice when you are wet. Sadly, we didn't even attempt to enjoy the hot tub, and lodging with a hot tub was a requirement for the other couple. :( We would definitely consider staying here again, though. It's a comfortable condo in a convenient place. The owner was very responsive and helpful when we had questions.

Perfect location & amazing views
We stayed in this unit for a long weekend and it was perfect! We had 3 adults and two kids and had plenty of room. The town is only a couple blocks away, you can ski right back to the condo, and the bus stop is right out front....Couldn't ask for a better location. The views of the mountains and town from the balcony are a bonus! Owners were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again! One suggestion, more bath towels.
Great Location Nice Property
The property is within two blocks of Main Street where most restaurants and shopping are located. The property was well maintained and the entire process from reservation, payment and access were exactly as promised. The two bikes made available with the unit were great for sightseeing. The owner was responsive with all pertinent information and follow-up. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone planning to visit Breckenridge.

We recently stayed in this condo for a second time! The place is very well stocked and the owners are very helpful and engaged. Much of the space has been recently updated. You just can't beat the location and proximity to town! Our two teenagers loved the use of the bikes to explore the town and mountains! You won't be disappointed if you chose to stay here!

Indoor/Outdoor Ice Skating Arena. Recreation Center with Fitness Center, Pool/water slide, Tennis, etc. Lone Star Sport is just across the street and Rents Skis Snow Boards and Bicycles. The Breckenridge Bike Trails Starts at the Blue River Plaza just a Short Block away.
