Harbour Pointe is a new facility and our unit is very nicely decorated. The complex is located on the west side of Pensacola on Gulf Beach Hwy near the rear entrance of the Navy Base, and only a couple of miles from Perdido Key beaches. If you want a condo with a sensational view of the Bay and Gulf beyond the National Seashore then Unit 807 is what you have been looking for. My favorite part of Harbour Point is the long pier for fishing. Fishing in Big Lagoon off the private pier is very good and is no doubt a unique part of Harbour Pointe.
The third bedroom being a bunk bed with a double at the bottom and a single at the top. This will surely help out when you expect additional family members to join you on your weekly summer stay.
Harbour Point is definitely family friendly and my first time there I was amazed at how friendly everyone I met was. A few miles away is the Naval Air Base where the Blue Angels Practice and dolphins can be seen even from the balcony of the unit. Please don't hesitate to give me a call or contact me by email if you have any questions.
Building wide WI-Fi is also available.
Please note that for the summer months of May, June, July this unit only books Sunday to Sunday.

We both have always wanted a getaway from our busy lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Harbour Point had everything we were looking for and look forward to spending time with friends and family there.
Roger purchased this condo in 2010
Harbour point is in a quiet area between Pensacola and Perdido Key and seems to have everything we were looking for. For us the Fishing pier, boat slip availability and closeness to just about everything (except the crowds) was exactly what we were looking for. The work out facility with the very nice televisions were amenities that we were anxious to have while we enjoyed our getaways.
The National Seashore is directly across from Harbour Point and the amount of Dolphins that can be seen on a regular basis is just too good to pass up. How relaxing is that! You can boat over to the National Seashore and have the privacy that you will not be able to enjoy anywhere else.
Roger was incredible to work with, and the condo was beautiful! We saw dolphins from the balcony almost every day, caught fish from the pier, and had the Blue Angels flying over for what felt like our own personal air show! It's the best vacation we've ever taken! We will definitely be back!
Don't pass this place up!
Another wonderful vacation in this unit. It provides everything you need for complete rest and relaxation. The surrounding area has many restaurants and attractions to meet all needs. BUT, if you just want quiet, private time ---this is the place to be. I spent many days with a book on the balcony watching the Gulf while my husband fished off the pier. The owners have created an attractive, clean environment for couples or a family friendly place to be. The owners are gracious and helpful and have made our stays in the unit pleasant. They are very cooperative to meet our needs and schedule. We have always enjoyed our stays at Harbour Pointe, and plan to return for even more.
The property was very nice. The condo was very nice. I was surprised how little was stocked in the kitchen as far as pots/pans etc. although there were 2 coffee pots. We had to purchase some cooking sheets for our use and was glad we brought our own crock pot and food processor. Plenty of places close enough to shop for groceries. Didn't eat out anywhere close by but drove to Pensacola Beach which is about a 40 minute drive. Had planned to cook out by the pool but never did. That grill/eating area of the pool was nice and so was the pool itself. The beach area is very small but an adequate short term substitute. Didn't make it to the fitness room but it looked like it was nice. Everything is coded so you don't have to keep up with keys. The bedding/beds are nice. It's nice to have a washer/dryer and made use of those. The balcony was used daily. Because this property is located very close to our family we will probably return if it's available. Oh, bring your own hair dryer. :)
This is a great place to stay! Comfortable, clean, roomy condo with a great view. We stayed here with three teen-agers and my daughter, her husband and two young children. Washer and dryer came in handy, the stove and fridge were new and very nice. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, there are grocery stores just down the road as well as beautiful public beaches just a short drive away. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would stay here again!
This condo was dirty. To be fair the property manager offered to send the housekeeping person over after we spent the night in a dirty bed with mystery sheet and comforter stains. He even offered to buy us a meal at a nearby restaurant....."Just pay for it up front and wait for my check to reach you in the mail." I ,having just spent the night sleeping on towels to avoid potential foreign bodily fluids, was skeptical and mistrusting and declined the possibility of being stuck with a restaurant bill with no reimbursement. The master shower was full of mold and mildew. Bring your flip flops to shower in. I declined the housekeeper, preferring to clean the place myself to avoid any questionable sanitation. After washing all the linens, scrubbing the showers and cleaning dirty tables and counters I was able to relax and appreciate the condos merits. It has a great view of the gulf. We saw Dolphins every morning. We saw the blue angels every day and watched stingrays swim from the balcony. The kitchen was equipped well enough, though the ice maker didn't seem to work. Lots of lamps and lights needed new bulbs. The previous tenants left buggie boards and some floaties which was great. We in turn left a few beach chairs for the next guests. The nearby beach, Johnson beach was heaven. We had to pay a $15 park fee but it was good for a whole week and was so worth it. Less crowded and covered in sugary white sand with very little boat traffic. We even had a group of 10 or more dolphins come within 30 yards of the beach.
There are so many positive things to say about this unit...........I don't even know where to begin! Absolutely beautiful!! Great communication from Roger - thanks so much for everything! I'll just say that if you're looking for a wonderful vacation spot - look no further. This is the best!!!
