This completely renovated studio features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cherry cabinets. Should you desire to cook while in paradise, this full size kitchen has a built in micro wave, an ultra quiet dishwasher and cookbooks from top Aloha chefs. A BBQ Grill tool set is available for successful grilling at one of the two Gas Barbeque areas and complete barware equipment is available for making mai tais to enjoy while watching the sunset from the lanai. If you would rather dine out, Whalers Village with its choices of excellent restaurants and shops is just steps away. No need to drive anywhere!

The custom furnishings and dramatic quality finishes throughout the living area were designed to relax you into the aloha state of mind! With beautiful travertine flooring in the entry and kitchen leading into plush carpet in the living area, you'll find a comfortable inviting atmosphere. When you aren't watching the whales or playing in the surf right outside your door, the condo's entertainment includes a large flat screen TV with DVD, IPod/Ipad docking station and free wifi. The king size bed features a Serta Perfect Sleeper Mattress with luxurious sheets. The sheets have a 500 thread count and are 100% pima cotton - perfect for tropical conditions. The Studio is air conditioned with automatic climate control.

The bathroom features granite countertops, a dramatic onyx sink, beautiful travertine shower with bench and a crystalline travertine rock floor. There are ample thick hydrocotton Turkish bath towels for your use. A built in makeup mirror, hair dryer and walk in closet with built in custom drawers are additional touches to make your stay so much more relaxing. Also provided for your convenience and enjoyment of a leisurely day at the beach is a large Tommy Bahama beach umbrella, and two Tommy Bahama back pack beach chairs with attached coolers.

Go for a swim in the beachfront swimming pool, take a dip in the Jacuzzi, work out in the fitness center or play a round of golf at one of the two championship golf courses next door. The possibilities for fun and relaxation are practically endless! And, of course The Whaler is just minutes away from Lahaina with it's exciting mix of restaurants, shops and entertainment.

After visiting Maui for the first time over 15 years ago, I found that it was the perfect escape to rainy Pacific Northwest winters. My reading material of choice while laying on the beach quickly became Maui Real Estate magazines as I dreamt of one day owning my own place in paradise. After many years of dreaming and thinking about where the ideal location was, I found it at my home at The Whaler. I hope that you will enjoy it as much as I do. We Love This Condo!!

My wife and I spent 7 days here for our 20th anniversary. We couldn't have picked a better location! This condo is right in the middle of one of the most popular beaches on the island.

The condo grounds are beautiful and the staff are very helpful and polite! We loved the location of the unit. This is on the 9th floor so the views are spectacular. We spent hours sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the beach, black rock and the huge Koi pond. There are reefs right off the beach perfect for snorkeling. We even saw several sea turtles!

Everything about this unit was perfect. We especially loved the bed and pillows. It was so comfortable! There is also a parking area below the building which allows you to park right next to the elevator. That was an added surprise.

Thanks Jan for sharing your condo and helping make this a perfect anniversary trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 964. Out host, Jan, was so good and responsive to every piece of communication - beginning with our very first inquiries. Due to airline issues we had to extend our trip a day and she made that work without a problem!

The unit itself is decorated and furnished so well, that it took our breath away when we entered. Immaculate and extremely clean! Beautiful kitchen - it truly is full complete kitchen, and wonderful bath - particularly the tiled shower. The furniture was chosen and laid out such that the unit did not at all feel tight or small, and the nice newer large King Bed was perfect! Another small feature, often not noted by people, is the high quality sliding glass doors and screens to the lanai. They slide and shut so easily and completely, compared to others we have encountered. Pretty much everything is top of the line! We had stayed 9 days and so had a mid-stay cleaning - that also went well and was very appreciated!

As for the Whaler, we have stayed there many times before, but 964 was by far the best unit we've been in. It is also on the prized north facing side of the South tower - so you don't get that full sun on it all day, yet you get to see the grassy courtyard and coi pond and look out towards the pool and the ocean. There have been some major recent renovations at the Whaler, which new visitors will get to appreciate. The new Reception Building is completed and we got to witness the Grand Opening on 12/15/2016. It is so beautiful, bright, and open! Also - there is a wonderful expanded BBQ area oceanside at the North Tower with plenty of tables and seating, along with a welcome firepit!

All in all - we had a wonderful time - much of thanks to Jan and her 964 unit! Highly recommended!

Paradise Perfection

We spent 11 days in this unit and enjoyed every minute of it. The grounds were impeccable and the staff were an absolute delight. Check-in was a breeze and although there were renovations on-going in the lobby, we did not find it to be an inconvenience in any way. The unit was spotless and well stocked from the kitchen to the beach chairs. It was a great vacation - we were definitely sad to leave. Thank you to Jan for making the booking process so simple and uncomplicated! I would highly recommend this unit to any couple looking for a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful condo, beautiful views, plenty to do, great location

This condo is in a great spot! Close to restaurants, shopping and water sports. The view is spectacular! The owner is friendly and helpful. Important things to know: there's a full kitchen in the condo - utilize it, as eating out for every meal will get expensive. Washer and dryer are about 5 steps down the hall and they cost nothing to use. Rent a car so you can do things on other parts of the island. Know that people here go to bed early. Quiet hours are something like 8pm to 7 am.

Great location...steps from the beach
