This Luxury Penthouse Suite Condo unit is located at the 8 mile marker of the Big Niangua arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. We are just 4 miles outside of Camdenton on Lake Road 54-82 with all asphalt roads right to the door of the unit. The water is calm and ideal for enjoying boating, skiing, jet skis, fishing, or just enjoying a beautiful view of the lake from inside the condo or out on the large deck.

We are close to one of the biggest outlet malls in the country in Osage Beach which has stores the likes of Bose, Coach, Sketchers and Croc's. Movie Theatre's, Big Surf water park, Go-carts, lazer tag, miniature golf, fun parks and more are all nearby. More eating establishments and fine resturants than you can count. The nightlife can be enjoyed at many clubs throughout the area and there is a large variety of churches very close to the complex too.

The unit is almost 2100 sq. feet and is beautifully furnished yet user friendly with a large fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen's wrap around bar comfortably seats 8 and 6 more at the table just off the kitchen provides a lot of sit down eating area.

There are two master suites that both have private baths, king size beds, & flat screen TV 's. The master suite on the main level has its own private slider which opens up on to the spacious deck. The Master suite upstairs opens up in to the huge loft above the main floor and has its own private view of the lake. The other two bedrooms on the main level share the use of the common bathroom. One of the two bedrooms has direct access to the bathroom via a pocket door. This bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds and is very close to the common bathroom.

The living room and loft area look out upon a full wall of windows to a lake view that is spectacular day or night. In the loft we have created a special reading and relaxing area that looks out over the lake. The deck is also a wonderful place to relax and drink your morning coffee or have your favorite adult beverage at night.

Clearwater Condo's is a family friendly complex with quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. We request that you respect your fellow Vacationers and abide by these rules. We also ask you to please not smoke in the unit or bring pets. Treat our home like it is yours for family gatherings, quiet peaceful get-aways, or rekindle that special romantic moment. We know you will create many wonderful memories in our little piece of paradise.

Why Mark & Linda Mellor chose Lake of the Ozarks

Linda and I purchased this condo in 2010. It is one of three that we own at Clearwater. Over the years we have stayed at many different condos and resorts at Lake of the Ozarks. We always kept coming back to this area of the lake and especially the Clearwater Condo Complex. The people here, the location on the lake, the quality big spacious units, and all the close ammenities just kept us coming back. We invite family and friends as well as you as our guests to stay in our condos with us so we try to furnish and decorate to give the best comforts of home. We also want to encourage you to e-mail or call us with any questions, suggestions or requests you may have. We will do our best to make you also feel like this is your favorite place to stay at Lake of the Ozarks.

What makes this condo unique

We are just 2 miles off of Hwy 54 with good hard surface roads to the unit. Go for walks, ride bikes, enjoy a very quiet peaceful enviorment. It is hilly so be ready for some exercise. The pools, boat docks, fishing or just walking are all on the lower level with no stairs. The only stairs in the complex are just up and down to the unit its self and this is very rare in the lake area.

Notes:
Good hard surface roads provide lots of walking and bike riding availability right out of the condo but beware that this is a hilly region so be prepared for some good exercise. The condo is on the 4th floor but is only 1 1/2 flights of stairs up from the parking lot. Its is 4 flights of stairs down to the pool, boat docks, or fishing but once on the ground level there are no more stairs and a very nice level landscaped area to all the amenities.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the review Meenakshi. The condo is spacious at over 2000 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, two of which are master suites, 3 baths, a large kitchen and a wet bar, 5 TVs and large deck all gives plenty of room to spread out when not on the lake, at the two pools or the outdoor recreation area. Property management works hard at cleaning so we will pass along your compliments too.

Great Place!

WE had a family group of 3 couples and 4 kids under the age of 9 who fit in the one twin room using the floor. It was a good space for the family. The kids loved the pools and playground. We rented a pontoon for two days and it was nice to be able to dock it overnight. The place was nice and clean and had enough dinnerware/pots and pans for us to use. Thank you.

This condo is the largest of our 4 at Lake of the Ozarks and with a 2nd master suite upstairs with its own sitting area it does allow room for guests to spread out. The large kitchen and wet bar gives plenty of room for eats & drinks too.

One of the largest Outlet Malls in Missouri, lots of family activities, water parks, entertainment, lazer tag, putt putt golf, go-karts, bungee jumping, all kinds of eating establishments and much more are just 20 minutes away in Osage Beach. Rainy day at the lake or just want a day off the water ? Its only about 1 1/2 hours to the north where Boonville has a Casino, lots of antique shopping and wineries in the area. Go south a little over an hour to Springfield a big enough city to offer about anything you want to do. Just another 30 minutes south to Branson with more live shows, celebrities, & entertainment than you could see in a month not to mention the Famous Silver Dollar City amusement park. If you like caves there are also several cave tours in the area. Whether at the condo, on the lake, or just travel a short distance and you will have plenty to do no matter how long you stay.
