Perfect Location

Had a great stay at this Prescott property in the Pines. Very comfortable, and great for dogs with the fenced area. We enjoyed walking to the hiking trails from the front door. Highly recommend!

Lovely experience!

  • 5 of 5

My husband, son, and I stayed over the long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home. Though only two bedrooms, each room is very spacious and each has a couch with plenty of room for relaxing away from the main living area. Plus the main kitchen/living area are open, light, and look out to the beautiful outdoors. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and took out for the morning on the hiking trails just 5 minutes from the front door. A delightful place to stay that feels secluded and yet is less than 10 minutes to town.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Nice quaint setting, nicely furnished, so comfortable, with perfect sized enclosed yard for our dogs which made it so easy. Nice community to walk in the mornings, and close to everything. The bedrooms were huge and we couldnt have asked for a nicer owner. Very accommodating and friendly. We will stay again when we visit next year!!

Peace in the Pines

  • 5 of 5

We recently stayed here for a week as part of our transition to moving to Prescott. Since we were not on vacation, we ate out less and "at home" more. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and stocked, making cooking a pleasure. The combined kitchen/dining/living area was very comfortable, and the bedrooms very nice and spacious. Michael, the owner, was great, and even upgraded the satellite TV package for us - wow! Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Excellent value

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I and our small dog stayed for four nights this week. The main living area is small but well organized and open, with the kitchen, dining room and living room all one room. The two bedrooms are quite large. The king sized bed in the master is a pillow top, and that, combined with the fresh Prescott air and a good hike each day made for a wonderful night of sleep. The outdoor porch is lovely. Best of all, for us, was that it was totally enclosed so that our little 25# dog could run free without us worrying. And, the porch had stairs that accessed a nice sized yard that was also completely fenced. So our dog had free run of the porch and yard; we could let her go free without worry.

Relaxing Retreat!

  • 5 of 5

This was our first time in Prescott & the next time we visit we're staying in this chalet again! We absolutely loved every minute we spent here. Whether we were hanging out on the wrap-around deck, playing frisbee in the front yard or watching TV inside we felt right at home. I think our favorite part was simply how quiet it was.

The 2 very large bedrooms & bathrooms worked out great for our family. We had 4 adults & 2 kids and had plenty of space. Since we ate out nearly every meal (there are some great restaurants in Prescott!) & spent most of our time outside, we didn't even get to use much of the kitchen and/or living room space!

We took our dog & it was great for her to have a fenced-in yard to play in. She may have loved it more than us!

The location is awesome....just a few miles from downtown. It's also close to fishing, shopping & the casinos. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone just wanting to "get away!"

Mountain bike and hiking trails are accessable from the home. One trail I love is a 5 mile trek that takes you to one of the highest point in Prescott over seeing all of Prescott
