As you enter this luxury, custom 3 bedroom home of nearly 4000 square feet of living area, your eyes sweep across the travertine floors and designer furniture to the wall of windows framing the patio area’s spa and negative edge pool. On the hillside beyond the pool, stately saguaro cactus poke their upraised arms into the sky. And then far below you see the city, and if you glance up, the rugged Catalina Mountains. In a word, the view is magnificent! And never more so than at sunset when oranges, purples, yellows and pinks often fill the western sky. Later on, you may want to enjoy the room’s fireplace, at times glancing up to see city lights twinkling far below. Or maybe it’s party time, and you open the room’s doors to the patio’s spa and pool area, and set the huge round glass table of the open dining area with a scrumptious buffet. Your guests can mingle easily from the living area to the patio/spa/pool just outside, to the family/kitchen area through the passageway to the right. Check the powder room – it’s stunning!
Your master bedroom also looks onto the spa and pool area, and to the city lights below and mountains above. The luxury walk-in closet organizes your clothes perfectly. Choose between the jetted, therapeutic tub and the circular walk-in shower. And of course twin sinks in your spacious spa-like bathroom will keep everyone happy!
Your guests too can enjoy comfy beds, their own patio, and tub/shower bathroom.
It’s morning. Your stainless, granite kitchen too has wonderful views, as does the round, glass enclosed eating nook. Watch for desert wildlife – deer, havalina, bobcat, quail, other birds, and more. Tucson’s desert is alive with plant and animal life. What a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The family room’s entertainment center is right there too, so catch the morning news.
You’re on your way to work, or maybe a round of golf, or perhaps a concert or Wildcat game at the University of Arizona, or maybe a hike in world-renown Sabino Canyon. Choosing your destination won’t be easy. Tucson features many wonderful golf courses, and none more spectacular than the courses at LaPaloma, Ventana Canyon and Arizona National, all just minutes away. Sabino Canyon’s sheer rock sides and crystal-clear stream make either a trolley ride or hike on one of its many trails a unique and special experience. And after work or play, enjoy superb Mexican or nearly any regional food at one of Tucson’s outstanding restaurants. From home at Sabino Mountain you’re but minutes away from many of the best. So too with shopping. Your just minutes from chic boutiques, excellent and even gourmet grocery stores, plus discount, hardware, pharmacy and other shops for daily needs.

This property was excellent. The house, the pool, the location on a hill overlooking the desert in the near view and the city lights in the distance, provided our most relaxing vacation in a long time.
The proximity to the Catalina and Rincon mountains provide the perfect location to experience summer monsoons. At the same time, we were close enough to all of the things we needed to do. There is easy access to the U of A campus as well as downtown. We have friends on the northeast side of town and had no trouble with the drive to see them. Grocery stores, shopping and restaurants are nearby. This really was the best of all worlds.
The owner provided excellent customer service. We would highly recommend this property without hesitation.
We had the pleasure of renting this house for an extended period time. The location is great, minutes away from the Sabino Canyon National Park, and Ventena tennis and golf. The house itself is simply stunning, situated on a ridge so as to take advantage of all the great views of mountains in every direction and in the evening the city lights of Tucson. It is well furnished and was very comfortable for us and for entertaining our friends who came to visit. The pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen has all the utensils you will need or there are a nice variety of restaurants nearby if you decide not to cook. The area is gated and quiet, and there is plenty of wild life to look at in the riparian areas that border it and the house. All and all a great experience, we are definitely looking forward to coming back.
