Great family trip at great place!
Great value! Obviously not a 5 star type but directly on the beach and great staff.
Great value! Obviously not a 5 star type but directly on the beach and great staff. Close to publix and restaurants, we had a great time with the family.
The beach is great !
As for the studio condo ... The Murphy bed seriously out dated , the plastic laminates were falling off the Murphy bed and armoire , the hideaway couch /bed is as uncomfortable as they all are . The kitchenette was adequate size , however the garbage disposal was inoperable ! Housekeeping was great ! Very efficient ! I will defiantly say that you should not plan on more than 2 people staying here ! A quiet place to sleep if you can on a very uncomfortable bed ! nice hot shower grab a snack and go to beach kind of place !
As for the nice porch ocean side , lounge chairs were both broken ! The screen door was inoperable and had many holes in it ! It would have been nice to leave door open to hear the ocean .
Clean, cozy, and Great Beach Access
Loved the place, quiet, cozy, with all you'd need for a few days or more. Nice upgrade on the appliances as well. The Gulf is just steps out of the large sliding door which offers a great view, even on the ground floor. I would definitely choose to stay here again!
Clean unit, property, beach and pool area. Great Location. Brought our family for Spring Break. Quiet. No loud college kids around which was great!!
The property provides chairs and umbrellas! Pool is heated.
Wonderfully efficient vacation
This place packs everything you want in an efficient package at "The Beach." First floor, right next to the common washer/dryer, sliding door straight out to a ocean/beach view patio, soft grass direct access to the clean and tidy pool with common access trail to the beach. I don't think it could get much better. Full kitchen is so nice, traditional coffee machine as well as a keurig, so you can use your own K-cups. I keep using the word "efficient," because this is what I'd call an "efficiency" type of condo or apartment - there is a Murphy bed that folds up and down, providing a ton of space. In my opinion, the place was still very comfortable with the bed down the whole time. The TV swings out and into place in which ever position you have the bed. But if you want it gone, voila!, up it goes. I would come back here for sure. My wife and child loved it. I have to point out our exceptional dinner down the street at the Dry Dock Waterfront grill: this place was wonderfully well run, the staff were 100% pros from start to finish, and above all the food was really, without exaggeration, 10 out of 10. Mojitos were better than I make, and I'm picky. That's actually a pretty good test of a bartender - a good mojito. Back to "The Beach" studio 1 bedroom for rent - for the money on Longboat key, this has got to one of the best options. You won't be disappointed. There is a publix supermarket right down the street, so you can buy all you need for grilling out or cooking in the complete kitchen with large fridge.
