This vacation condominium is a top-floor unit with a breath-taking view of the mountains. There is one flight of stairs to reach the unit. The clubhouse has a hot tub and heated pool along with a lounge and large game room to entertain children and adults alike. FREE Wi-Fi in the condo & clubhouse too (access code provided at condo). Both bedrooms have large closets and the two bathrooms both have full-size bath tubs and showers. The kitchen has everything you will need! Also included is a 42' high-def plasma flat screen TV in living room with DVD player & a 20” flat screen TV with built in DVD player in master bed room. Unit has streaming audio via Pandora. All the amenities you could ask for…

The condominium is conveniently located in Dillon, the heart of the Colorado Rockies, one of America’s best year round recreational areas, located 70 miles west of Denver. Central to some of the best skiing in the US, the condo is 10-25 minutes from Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain ski areas. Vail and Beaver Creek are 35-45 minutes away, Winter Park is a little over an hour and Aspen/Snowmass are just over 2 hours away. Cross country and back country skiing are literally a few minutes away along with snowmobiling, dog sledding and ice skating.

The area is also a summer paradise with fantastic venues for golf, tennis, fishing, hiking, biking and rafting. Lake Dillon is a haven for all types of boating and water adventures. There are also cultural activities such as concerts in Dillon Amphitheater, art galleries, and film festivals. If shopping or dinning is more to your liking, there is endless shopping in the unique local stores of Dillon, Frisco, Breckinridge or the Silverthorne Outlet Stores and hundreds of unique restaurants. Rodeos, street fairs and farmers markets can also be found in the various nearby communities during the summers.

You can park your car once you get here. There is free bus service that comes within 50-100 yards of the condominium that will take you to most anywhere you want to go (4 ski areas, the lake, restaurants and outlet stores).

My kids & I have skied Summit County since they began skiing. I figured a condo would be a great opportunity to get out here year round .

For us it's having our own place when we head to the mountains. No suprises & it's there when we want to visit.

I've stayed in the condo for going on 2 years now except for 5 weeks a year when thew owner or his family uses the condo. Great location, great facility and he has even completely remodeled the kitchen. Great place for a reasonable price.

Scenic place to stay

The condo and area can't be beat. Whether we wanted to hike, bike or ski, it seemed like everything was at our fingertips, waiting for us to enjoy. Dillon offers so many things to do, including farmers markets, concerts, outlet malls and great restaurants. There are many quaint towns and ski resorts nearby, and the scenery is breathtaking, especially Dillon Lake. The unit offered us great space to spread out, was quiet, everything was updated and worked perfectly. I would highly recommend staying here and can't wait to return.

First time skiing in Colorado. Wonderful rental, spacious, everything my kids and I needed. Free bus service to shopping, eating and all Ski resorts allowing my teenagers and myself a little freedom. Looking forward to returning for future Spring Breaks. Hoping this rental available next year.

Sweet location

Sweet location. Stayed for 2 weeks to acclimate and ride in bike challenge. Clean homey unit. Plenty of activities to fill the rest of our days when not training. Will definitely rent again if the opportunity arises.

Noisy, spartan, difficult property to sleep in because of road noise

First, the owner of the property is a nice guy and easy to deal with. He was very prompt with replies and inquiries.

We were expecting more amenities - there is no desk, desk chair, or table other than in the dining area. The strong cigarette odor was hard for us to get used to at first - we're non-smokers - but we bought some air freshener and it really wasn't that bad. However, we couldn't sleep because of the highway noise. The unit has some sort of "white noise" generator that attempts to deflect this.

Although there is a reserved parking space, we found it occupied four times, including when we arrived. We asked the guys parked there to leave (in two cases it was just a couple of local guys sitting in their truck drinking beer and whistling at girls in the parking lot), and they cheerily moved their truck to the spot next to us.

Might be an OK unit to crash in during ski season if you'll be on the slopes all day, especially if you don't have young children and don't need to worry about whether they are safe playing by themselves outside the condo.

Owner's Response: I’m sorry for this renter’s experience, which most is not my fault. Amenities are listed on VRBO with pictures of all rooms, clearly showing counter space & no table/desk/chairs. Not listed in amenities either. He asked about table/chair just before check in & I said there wasn't any, but he could contact the manager & see if any were available. We r nonsmokers & the unit is listed non-smoking. I think there’s a smoker in 1 of the lower units. We’ve never noticed a cigarette smell & have the carpet cleaned twice a yr & unit painted every other yr to keep fresh. The HW noise is a problem to some if windows are open @ night in the summer. I don’t hide that we r next to the HW; I even include a map on VRBO showing the HW running by the unit. In the winter with windows shut the HW noise is minimal, but in the summer with windows open, it can be bothersome to some. We use the white noise machines to drown out the HW noise in the summer when windows are open. It clearly indicates in the letter I give all renters to call the manager (name/number given to all renters) if someone is parked in the reserved spot or if they have any problems with anyone/anything. They should have immediately called the manager about the guys in their spot, especially if they were drinking and/or saying/doing anything inappropriate. Both of these activities are not allowed on the property & the manager would have stopped it immediately & called police if n2eeded. We visit the condo yr round & I have never experienced anything like this. The woman that lives below me has lived there for 6 yrs and is on the condo board & she says she’s never experienced anything like what this renter indicated. My college age daughter visits the condo with girlfriends often throughout the year & she has never experienced anything like what this renter indicated. I’m not saying it didn’t happen, but it is not a common occurrence & this could have happen at any facility. When I called the manager after this renter complained & checked out, he said he had not heard at all from this renter (table/chair, reserved parking spot, nor about the alcohol/inappropriate comments). The only way the manager can remedy the situation is if he knows about the situation. I am sorry about this experience, but I did not deceive/hide anything about the location or amenities & I can’t control something in the parking lot that could happen at most any facility in the county.

Great Condo!

The place was a perfect get away for a long weekend. Just what you need for a ski weekend in the mountains! The condo was very spacious and two bathrooms is a big plus! I am a huge bargain shopper and this condo is by far the best bang for your buck in the Summit County area. Most definitely hope to stay there again! Thanks for a great condo!
