We came to Big Bear for a long weekend with the grandparents and the kids. The cabin looked just like the pictures. Both bedrooms and 1 bathroom (shower) are downstairs, and there is a single long staircase leading upstairs to a large living room area, kitchen, and additional bathroom (bathtub). The property is conveniently located to many Big Bear attractions. The master bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet (big enough to fit a travel crib for one of our toddlers). We did not expect the cabin to be baby proof but luckily there were some safety features on a few of the kitchen cabinets and a safety gate at the top of the stairs. The wifi did not work 2 out of the 3 days we were there so we mostly relied on our cell phones. The heater worked great and there were plenty of blankets.
