Lovely 4th floor condo with a perfect view of the beach and surf. It has 9 foot ceilings giving it an airy feel, and a large balcony that has access from both the living room and master bedroom. This is a well equipped and well maintained beach front property in the quieter West Beach area of Gulf Shores. It is also close to good restaurants, souvenir shops and a convenience store. Kitchen has granite counter tops, new kitchen appliances replaced in 2016 and fully stocked with cookware and cooking utensils for those who enjoy cooking at home.

Flat screens throughout. Netflix streaming included in the rent.

The Condo building (Island Royale) is a fully equipped, modern complex with a Gym, Indoor/Outdoor Swimming Pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi. Wifi broadband is provided at no cost to guests.

None of that trapped in a shoe box feeling. Elegantly furnished, with everything needed for a comfortable stay Our condo is on the fourth floor. Close enough to hear the surf, but not too high to cause a nose bleed. The complex is very well equipped with an indoor/outdoor pool, exercise room, sauna and Jacuzzi. Wide roomy balcony. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Additionally, we provide services such as wireless Internet access inclusive in the rental rates.

Clean, quiet, and everything you need!

This property was perfectly located and you didn't have to hike a mile to get to the beach. We brought two children with us so the frustration with beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. never happened.

David and Hiam are very responsive if need be and take pridea in their property. We will most definitely be hoping to rent again when we come back next year.

The condo was beautiful. Clean,tastefully decorated, amazing view of the beach.

This is the nicest condo we have rented so far. Great communication with the owners throughout the rental process and while we were there. The building is so close to the beach. The view was incredible. It is a smaller building so the beach in front was not as crowded as some of the others. We would definitely rent this unit again. There are sliding doors to the balcony from the master bedroom too so waking up to the sound of the waves was one of our favorite things. There was a full moon two nights in a row and we could see the moon reflecting off the water while we were going to sleep. So cool!

It was a beautiful view from the balcony. We had a wonderful time and very convenient area to walk.

The bedrooms were very comfortable ,the balcony was great and kitchen had everything we needed.The only problems we had was with the dish washer was very hard to get started and the coffee maker didn't work right. The last few days the lock on the front door was getting loose.
