Property description

Canyon Crossing 5 is a 2500 sq. ft., 3 story townhome nestled in a quiet and convenient cul-de-sac in the Prospector Square neighborhood of Park City, Utah. It is ideally situated for everything Park City has to offer, about 3 miles to Park City Mountain and 4 miles to Deer Valley Resort. Sundance Festival attendees are just 2 minutes from the Eccles Theatre, a main venue for this event. Out your door, there is access to the Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail for access to abundant biking and hiking trails and local parks. A short ride on the free shuttle takes you to golf, skiing, snowboarding, zip lining, ice skating and cross country skiing, as well as local conveniences like grocery and liquor shopping, a movie theatre, a workout facility and equipment rentals. Canyon Crossing 4 and 5 are adjacent properties that can be combined to accommodate a larger number of guests, making this a special location for family reunions or small groups. This spacious townhome has lovely mountain views from two levels, two fireplaces, and a private, year-round hot tub, which is just outside the family room on the lowest level. The inviting family room has a gas fireplace, pool table, new 55" HD SmartTV, books, board games, 2 queen sofa sleepers and a full bath. The main level offers a wood burning fireplace in the living room and a fully equipped granite kitchen with seating for 11. A BBQ grill on the balcony, half bath and private washer and dryer round out the features on this level. The upper level features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master suite has a king bed, desk and a jetted tub. The guest room has 2 twin beds and a 32” HDTV with Blu-ray and streaming video. The second guestroom has a queen bed HDTV/DVD. Electronics include 5 TVs, DVD players, 2 Bose stereos with blue tooth capabilities, iPhone/iPod attachments, iPod charger, hair dryers and 3 humidifiers. There is a one car garage that has ski racks, a boot/glove warmer and driveway parking for one more vehicle. High speed wireless internet is available throughout the home. Moderate Plus rating.
