Off the balcony is a view of palm trees, an amazingly large and beautiful pool area with waterfalls, children's pool, tanning pool, and a swim up bar. The pool is set directly next to the beach, with miles of beach combing available. There are several golf courses, and numerous restaurants just outside the complex. A full service grocery store across the street, two nightclubs, banks, auto repair, and shopping all within two blocks.

The Airport is less than a 30 minute cab ride away.

About the owner: Hi! Bob and Norah have owned and operated a couple of country inns and a spa, as well as a small construction/development company for several years. As they endeavor to semi-retire they enjoy travel, art, photography, and dancing, as well as working as Team Leaders with Habitat For Humanity. Amongst other volunteer positions they are presently on the Board for the Drumheller Chapter of Habitats with a $250,000 fundraising project at hand.. They also try to spend some of each winter in the Ajijic area of Mexico.
Why the Owner Chose Salagua, Manzanillo, Col., Mexico:
While we love the community and weather of the Ajijic area, Manzanillo offers so much more with regards to playing in the ocean. We really enjoy areas that are more off the beaten path, less tainted by the smell of tourism. Manzanillo offers all the amenities of the larger resorts with much more of the true local flavor. Colima being lower in crime than much of the world in general, there is a a soul in the people and their history that reaches out and communicates to the Traveler. It is just a delightful area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Tropical beaches, swimming, scuba diving, deep sea fishing and the seafood are high on our list of things to enjoy. We particularly enjoy wandering in the more residential area in behind the port where the we are able to enjoy the local culture in all its colours. We also look forward to regularly visiting an Orphanage setup by some of our family members, which is located not far in Colima the capital of the State. Feel free to ask if there is anything you can become involved with at the Orphanage.
