BRASS RAIL is Tybee's sought after location! Easily walk to the main south beach, pier, shops and restaurants! This is so much better than fighting for parking which is VERY difficult if you drive to this area from another part of the island.:)


"Coastawhile" has a marvelous wooded area and pool view! ABOUT 120 FEET TO THE MAIN SOUTH BEACH! Luxury 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath suite, two covered parking spaces, two pools to use, hot tub, security gate. We pride ourselves on providing the best of all we can for our guests. And, we're responsive should you need us. The suite is 3 bedroom two and a half bath luxury. Modern features include stainless steel appliances and granite counters in the kitchen and jet tub in the master bath. A king suite, queen bedroom, twin bedroom and a sleeper provide very comfy sleeping for up to 8. TWO assigned covered parking spaces are provided in the garage, and there is stair OR elevator access to the suite!

A security gated entrance to the property provides you privacy and safety.

We have code punch front worries about keys!

Why Stu or Susan chose Tybee Island

Location, location, location!! VERY newer and very modern suites with lots of room and upscale everything! Hot tub, lovely pools, and easy walking to the pier and main beach (as well as shops and restaurants) make this the perfect location to us! Tybee charges HUGE parking fees 365 days a year 8 to 8..IF you can find a spot. From here you walk to the "main everything" and avoid that hassle!

I cannot say enough fabulous things about this condo!! It was excpetionally clean and very well maintained! The keypad battery got weak while we were there and was changed very very promptly! Excelelnt communication from the renter!! The condo is very very spacious!! ( The pictures do not do it justice)!! The furniture was extremely comfortable along with the beds! The "extras" in the condo such as nice towels and linens, cookwear along with beach chairs were a huge plus. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! This condo is very central to restaurants and the beach! We went for ice cream every night and enjoyed the restaurants within walking distance!! The balcony's were absolutely fabulous!! The one facing the pool was perfect for watching the kids in the pool while also enjoying some adult time!! YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG WITH THIS CONDO!! We are looking forward to returning next year! Thanks to A Shore Thing... for helping make this one of our most favorite vacations!!

Family vacation

My family and I loved Tybee Island and loved this condo...It is close to most everything we wanted to do and very well appointed....My grandkids loved the beach which is a few steps away and the two pools on the property....I would definitely stay here again.....This unit had two balconies: one facing the pool area and the other more private with a partial view of the ocean......This condo was perfect for my family..

It IS such a rare location to have all the amenities like pools that almost don't exist in the south beach area, and be such a very short walk to the main beach and pier! That saves paying Tybee's HUGE parking fees collected 365 days a year, IF one could find parking in this main area which is even difficult in January or February! Great condo that could use a good cleaning, new paint, and a handyman

The condo is perfectly located. The southern end restaurants are all in walking distance. The beach is right there, and the pool is just around the corner. The owner and company were responsive and helpful with answering any questions/requests I had. I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the place. The walls in the bathroom and the twin bedroom are filthy and could use cleaning and fresh paint. The doors, cabinets, and baseboards also had dirt all over them. The handle on the back door desperately needs to be replaced. We spent a decent amount of time fooling with it; trying to relock it. The beach chairs were in sad shape (glad we brought some) and we never found the umbrella so we ended up renting one on the beach.

Owner's Response: We want all of our visitors to be happy certainly, and we're most grateful that all our reviews prior to this one are five star. We work very hard to accomplish that. First, these guests had many numbers to call if they had ANY issues during their stay. The cleaning company has their number right on the fridge and would have gladly come back as the fridge note says for any issues (really needed or not!!), but the visitors did not call them. If something wasn't wiped down well enough in the kitchen, we sadly can't fix what we don't know about. The guests before and after these have had no cleaning issues reported. The condo owners do NOT own the doors to the exterior and cannot do anything with the locks. She is MOST correct that the lock can be difficult as it can be on all units since they are all the same. So, there is NO need for a handyman since we can't touch it. Thankfully, the condo mgmt. has finally received enough complaints that this issue is going to be fixed VERY soon. Providing beach chairs and beach towels is unheard of except for our owner group on Tybee as far as we can determine. Beach chairs blow down the beach and get "dinged" and many visitors abuse them. We can't replace them every week but they WERE in working order if not perfect. No beach umbrella was ever promised; we do not provide that. a busy summer season people knick paint and walls with luggage, small adorable children leave snack stain marks, etc.:) Questions of other guests result in no reports of "dirt", just summer use. This fall we will repaint of course to cover the marks here and there of summer use. We're so glad these guests enjoyed this marvelous location, and we'll continue to work toward the perfection our other guests have reported in all the ways we possibly can! We want that for our guests.

Great Girls Getaway

We escaped for a 4 day girls getaway. This unit was beautiful, very clean, great location and right next to the beach. The weather was not ideal but it did not dampen our spirits. It ended up being beautiful on Sunday when we had to leave and because no one was coming in that day Kay let us stay a few hours later to enjoy the sun. Tybee is very nice and is more relaxing than Hilton Head. More of an old time beach resort. Very Quaint. Do not miss eating at the Sundae Cafe. Very unassuming and excellent food!

What an amazing week. This unit is the perfect place to stay. We had an amazing stay at Tybee during Pirate Week. This unit is clean, comfortable, VERY well appointed, secure, very affordable for families. We try to take a family vacation together occasionally and this was by far the best ever. Thanks to Kay, Susan and Janet for excellent communications, helpfulness, friendliness. To quote a famous actor....."We'll be back".......

~Fabulous Fun~

'a Shore Thing' was PERFECT!!!!! A girls trip was just what the doctor ordered and this condo was FABULOUS!!!! It was steps away from the beach, pier, and resturants. The balony's were wonderful, and very kid friendly. The pool area was perfect for kids and adults! The condo was beautiful, clean and the pictures didn't show how beautiful it truly was! The owners were GREAT to deal with and very helpful and fast to respond. Can't wait to go back!!!!
