INFORMATION REGARDING TODDLERS AND CHILDREN: Our bedding furnishings and casual dinning area with high bar stools are not designed for toddlers and children. We will refer you to a crib and highchair rental company. The balconies, with railings that are 6 inches apart, are not recommended for toddlers and children. Keep toddlers and children away from the balconies. Keep balcony doors locked at all times.

HOUSEKEEPING/CLEANING SERVICE: All vacation rentals do not have daily housekeeping service. You are renting from a privately own condo unit. There is no cleaning; no housekeeping; no room service; no laundry service; no towel & sheet changes during your stay. This is a standard operating procedure for all vacation rentals in Hawaii. The one-time cleaning fee is to pay the cleaning company to service the unit after your stay. Mid-stay cleaning, which includes fresh sheets & towels, is available for a fee through a third party cleaning company.

PARTY EVENTS NOT PERMITTED: This suite does not permit to convene parties or similar events for that purpose. If you are planning a party, do not book this suite.

SMOKING STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in loss of security deposit. Hawaii State Law & the Ilikai Condo Association By-Laws prohibit smoking in the condo and on the condo balcony. Smoking section is provided on the south side walkway of the main pool.

NO PARKING COMES WITH THIS RENTAL: All the units at the Ilikai does not come with a parking. The guest directly pay the IIikai Valet Parking $28/day with in-out privileges available 24/7.

GYM FACILITY: All Ilikai private condo owners and their guests do not have access to the hotel gym. There is a 24-Hour Super Sports Fitness Gym club #540 located within 10-minute walk on 1680 Kapiolani Blvd.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Due to unforeseen emergencies, you may need to postpone or cancel your vacation. We recommend that you obtain a Travel Insurance Plan, as we have cancellation policies to comply with.

Great place

Pictures don't lie. Very nice and clean. What you don't see is that there are also plenty of quality beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for the beach for you to use. Communications with the owner and island host were always prompt. Can't go wrong.

2018 January Vacation

Wife and I were in Hawaii for 3 weeks. Needed a place for my Mother-In Law when she joined us for the last week of our trip. The condo is ideally located on the west end of Waikiki. The condo is two one bedroom units connected together with lock-off doors between the units. While this is an older building, the unit was nicely upgraded. Ideal for our situation. Beach in front of the unit is nice.

qo Fearful family trip to Pagu

Beautiful, perfect condo very close to Waikiki. We stayed with our two kids and in laws for a military ceremony and celebration. The hosts met all of our needs, even contacting us to let us stay late in the condo when we had a late flight out of Honolulu. We didn’t even ask for that accommodation. The location is the very end of Waikiki, but it was much more quiet than being right in the center of the beach. Everything was in pretty easy walking distance, or Uber and cans were always available. I would book this condo again in a heartbeat.

Best Vacation We Ever Had!

A perfect 10 out of 10:

1. The units are in excellent condition and perfectly maintained.

2. The view of the Pacific and the Lagoon are amazing.

3. Easy beach, lagoon and pool access.

4. The unit had beach chairs, boogie boards, pool passes, etc.

5. The Ilikai building is great - it has a convenience store, restaurant, shops, and friendly staff.

6. The location in Waikiki is perfect. You can walk to shops, beach, restaurants, bars, etc. There is always a taxi waiting downstairs for a trip. We also had a car for longer trips and the valet parking was under 4 minutes every time we needed the car. You can rent surf boards, take lessons (we used “Big Wave Dave’s), all within walking or 5 minute taxi ride.

7. The instructions and tips were really a game changer. Before arrival, the owners provided very easy instructions for Wifi, air conditioning, laundry, where to get groceries, where to eat, what to do, how to enjoy your stay. It saved countless time when looking for things to do.

8. Hospitality – the person who greets you contacts you days beforehand and provides his personal cell, email, etc. He texts you the day you arrive to make sure all is good; and greets you in the lobby. He was super friendly and only minutes away if we needed anything (we didn’t). He gave us a tour and stayed until no one had any questions.

9. The balcony – a perfect place to enjoy your time and soak up the views. One of the six of us were out there almost the entire time reading, enjoying a breakfast – or when all of us watched the Friday evening fireworks right from the balcony.

10. Spacious – there were 6 of us. 4 Adults and 2 Kids (10 and 7). There was plenty of space for us as they had two king size beds and two single beds so no one slept on a couch. They also had big refrigerator with freezer, 2 coffee makers, K-Cup machine, rice cooker, toaster, wine refrigerator, pots, pans, microwave, knife set, cooking utensils, etc etc. It made our stay very easy as we went down the road to the store and had plenty of food and drinks for the week with plenty of extra space in the fridge.

We vacation every year – Italy, Lake George, Florida, California, France, etc. This was by far our best place and we will rent this same place next time we go to Hawaii. We have already recommended it to our family and friends.
