This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home sleeps up to eight and is perfect for a family gathering.

Just minutes away from Lakeway Marina where you can rent watercraft during your stay. There are numerous family friendly restaurants in the area, some fine dining options, public parks for swimming and fishing, and of course many golf courses!

All linens are furnished, just bring your beach towels for swimming and boating activities.

Professionally managed.

Open Monday through Friday 9:00 - 5:30 pm Central Standard Time.

Requests made on the weekend will be answered first thing Monday morning.

This was a great property. My daughter and her four bridesmaids stayed here and they loved the updated finishes, the lovely views, and especially the space it gave them to relax and enjoy the weekend.

Just renovated with fresh paint, new flooring. Everything is clean and fresh.

This worked perfectly as a base for family to come and go for various functions during a wedding weekend. Renovations were not quite complete with a couple of window treatments , towel bars in bathroom not yet installed, but none of that really affected our stay there. I would recommend this unit.

Great place! Clean and on the golf course

Very nice townhouse and close to Lake Travis. The pool is about 100 feet away and it backs to the golf course. Large living space and 3 outdoor decks and patios that we enjoyed at night. Would definitely recommend this place.

Pet Fee $350

All of our properties which rent by the month require a security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent as well a $500 utility deposit per month. The tenant is responsible for paying all utilities (water, electricity, gas, cable, internet, etc.) and any amount not fully covered by the utility deposit will be billed to the tenant at the end of your stay. By the same token, any amount left from the utility deposit will be refunded 60 days after move out. The security deposit will be refunded 30 days after move out, minus the cost of professional cleaning and restocking fees and assuming no damage was done to the property.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
