Book Breck is a local small business on Main Street in Breckenridge, CO since 2008. We are aimed at providing private, well maintained, well-appointed and well equipped homes supplied with eco-friendly non-essentials. Our target clientele is families who seek a home-away-from-home experience that is somewhere between the pampering of hotel-service, and the self-reliance of renting directly from a homeowner. Our local staff is knowledgeable on all homes and the community, and is committed to being honest, fair and responsive to guest and homeowner needs, and is dedicated to supporting our local community and the environment. Max Adults- 6 ; Max Occupancy- 9 No parties or events Minimum age requirement of 25 enforced Check-out time is 10AM Christmas and New Years reservations have a 7-night minimum with Christmas checking out no later than Dec. 28. and New Years reservations checking in no earlier than Dec 28. To book both Christmas and New Year, there is a 12-night minimum.

Nice bright comfortable house with great location
Nice house with great layout. Lots of windows. Walk to Nordic Center, come home for lunch and go back out and ski.

Great size and location
We stayed at this property for a July vacation and had a great time. House was the perfect size for our families (4 adults and 3 kids). The Cucumber Gulch trailhead is located right behind the property and was perfect for easy walks (be aware that this trail is closed in the early summer). There is a free bus stop close by which you can take to Main Street and up to the ski resort.
We stayed at Settlers Rest for a week in June. The house was very comfortable for our family of 4 but could have easily accommodated more people with the 3 story floor plan and each bedroom essentially having its own bathroom. The house was very clean and organized! Great location. The kids enjoyed the hot tub! The BookBreck staff were very helpful and resourceful. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a very nice spacious home in a great location. It is perfect for our family time. The hot tub is great, very warm with strong jets.
perfect ski vacation
we went with our 2 kids and it was perfect!! excelent location, clean and has a jacuzzi. it was the best ski vacation ever. we will definitily come again.

Excellent property. Very well kept, perfect condition, clean, nice, and spacious. Close to some great trails and close enough to downtown to walk. I can't say enough great things about our experience. It was perfect for our vacation.
