Great place and location.

We really enjoyed our stay. Tucked in a lot just off Bradford the Bungalow offers a quiet and comfortable setting but it is also close to town. Rick is a very helpful and thoughtful host. We would definitely stay here again.

We Are Repeat Renters....This Is Our Favorite Place To Stay!

  • 5 of 5

We have visited Provincetown 7 times now, and the last two times we rented The Bungalow. We no longer have to look for accommodations because this place has EVERYTHING we could ever want or need! Privacy is paramount to us and The Bungalow affords plenty! Very quiet, IMMACULATELY KEPT and CLEAN. We hope to be back for our THIRD visit next summer. You cannot beat this place.

This is a really nice house. We shared with a friend and were happy that this had a second bedroom that was a decent size and also opened to rear deck. We loved the outdoor shower. The house has spacious living/ dining /kitchen area for hanging area. Quiet and off the beaten path but you can still walk to town. We will definitely be going back. Nice owner who was around but not intrusive.

This is a lovely little house, very centrally located, in a quiet spot, and everything about the house is awesome. Great kitchen, well outfitted, lovely furniture, nice new smart TV, beautifully constructed, rustic outdoor shower.

Craftsman Bungalow

  • 5 of 5

we rented this bungalow after looking at pictures online and having a quick chat with Rick. We can't wait to get back next year. We're already booked! The bungalow is tranquil, welcoming and very comfortable. The craftsmanship/woodworking/workmanship left my husband very impressed. It's a quiet location with a short walk to town....the walk back sometimes a bit longer if you've had too much fun. The amenities are top notch as well. Everything we could have needed was provided and having a washer/dryer is always a plus! I know that time flies and I'm certainly not wishing it away but we can't wait to get back there next summer. Thanks!

About Rick Wrigley

I live and work right near my Provincetown vacation rental houses. With the help of an assistant, we deal with guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. I try to be responsive to all of my renters needs. All properties are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home!

Rick Wrigley purchased this house in 1995

Why Rick Wrigley chose Provincetown

I purchased this 5 acre parcel of land in 1995 and have designed and built 4 custom houses here. I built The Bungalow in 1997. My experience as a furniture designer/maker has enabled me give special attention to the finishes and detailing of the houses.

What makes this house unique

Walk or bike to galleries, shopping, bars, clubs, and restaurants, and beaches. When you return home to this secluded grouping of 3 houses, you'll be in a relaxing, quiet, and peaceful hideaway.

Guestbook comments from the owner

The last two weeks were wonderful. My family and I totally enjoyed the Bungalow. We had a wonderful 4th and I'm sure we'll be back next summer.
