Trademark 3-2 is a luxury condo, located in Trademark Village, a private gated enclave in the Winter Park Ski Resort base area. Trademark 3-2 is an end unit and is located in the Trademark building closest to the Winter Park Resort ski lifts.

Trademark 3-2 is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath upscale vacation condo located in Trademark Village, a private gated enclave in the Winter Park Ski Resort base area. This one-level luxury condo looks directly out over the Winter Park-Mary Jane ski slopes and the Fraser River. Nestled in the trees with spectacular views of the mountain slopes and the Fraser River, this condo offers privacy with stunning views as well as a premier location in the ski base area. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Winter Park Resort ski lifts and is on the complimentary resort shuttle line as well. The Fraser River Trail begins at the back of the Trademark Village.

Trademark, Winter Park's most prestigious neighborhood, is adjacent to the north entrance of Winter Park Resort ski base area, and adjoins 'Old Town'. Our gorgeous Trademark 3-2 is an end unit and is located in Trademark building closest to the Winter Park Resort ski lifts!

With a coveted location at the front of Trademark, Trademark 3-2 offers stunning views of the ski slopes and the Fraser River. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase jaw dropping views of Winter Park ski runs. Relax in the hot tub and watch the resident wildlife wander by. With a great-room style floor plan, Colorado lodge style furnishings and two large decks overlooking the Winter Park mountain ski slopes as well as the Fraser River, Trademark 3-2 offers both comfort, stunning views and privacy! Soak in the private hot tub while enjoying spectacular views of the ski runs and the river. BBQ on the gas grill. Sit in the deck chairs, relax to the sounds of the river below and look at the stars. Inside, large windows provide stunning views of the mountain ski slopes and the river.

The well appointed living room has a river rock gas log fireplace and plenty of seating on the comfortable sofa, lounge and chairs. Relax and enjoy cable TV, DVD, and music. New flat screen TV has just been installed. Curl up on the lounger and read a book. There are plenty of games for adults and children alike. Complimentary wireless high speed internet keeps you in touch.

The well equipped kitchen has all the necessary amenities to prepare a gourmet meal. The dining room seats 8 comfortably. Or, dine out at any of Winter Park's great restaurants.

The Master Suite includes an Olympic king bed (66' x 80'), TV and ample closet space. The master bath has a double sinks, a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. The Queen Suite has a queen bed and its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed and a set of twin over twin bunks. All rooms have individual color televisions with cable. The third full bathroom is in the hallway and sports a tub/shower combination.

We are child friendly and a port-a-crib and high chair are available by advance request.

Spectacular...year round.. views of the Winter Park ski runs, and the mountains they are carved from, are the primary reason we fell in love with and ultimately purchased our Winter Park Mountain Home. A 5 minute walk or 2 minute complementary shuttle to the lifts and mountain ski base camp was another plus.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our home, is a quiet, comfortable and very relaxing retreat. Sitting in our private hot tub, located on one of our two decks, you can hear the Fraser River flow by...less than 100 feet away. Two minutes from our front door, and you can walk, bike, or snow shoe on the trails of the pristine National forest, which offers an ever changing seasonal adventure. Downtown Winter Park is less than 5 minutes away, by car..(or complimentary transport), where the restaurants and pubs offer good food, cheer...and atmosphere. Skiing, Snow Shoeing, Golf, Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Relaxing...all reasons we enjoy the time at our Mountain Retreat...in beautiful Winter Park, Colorado...
