Stunning renovation completed with Classic modern décor creates a relaxing uncomplicated vacation escape. Open floor plan lets the spectacular view shine. Contemporary Diamond polished concrete floors. Beautiful sunset views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the jetty protecting the harbor– with nonstop entertainment of daily fishing fleets, sailboats, and harbor activity. Walk thru native sand dunes (to the right) or carefully groomed beaches (to the left) from our private beach - find a nice treasure of sea shells as you walk the beach. The best dolphin-viewing for our local bottlenose families - are around breakfast time... perhaps within 30-60 minutes of sunup - and then again in the afternoon (also viewable from our balcony).

Granite counter-tops and new cabinetry throughout kitchen and baths. New China white master shower! Look out over the water as you prepare a meal in the beautiful all-new open kitchen with new upgraded stainless steel appliances. Large mirrored medicine cabinets and and granite topped vanities provide ample storage in both baths. 42” flat screen television with DVD player in living room, 26” flat screen televisions with built in DVD players in each bedroom. King-size bed in Master bedroom; queen bed in front bedroom. Queen sleeper sofa in living room.

Enjoy your coffee or even the special Espresso/Cappuccino on the balcony ... we look for the morning birds in a concentrated area - and shortly after we can see our long-term 'neighborhood' dolphins during breakfast, lunch or dinner.

There's always something to see as you relax on balcony - with all the Harbor's best professional ships and private boats in their non-stop coming and going ... as well as parasailing boats and sunset cruises.

Unit 514 is tastefully decorated. The furniture is contemporary and very comfortable. The colors and the layout has such a calming effect when you walk into the unit. If you want to stay in and cook, the kitchen has everything you need. If you're looking for a place to relax & enjoy beautiful sunsets this is the unit to be in. We sat out on the balcony every evening with a glass of wine to watch the sunset. The beach is gorgeous!

Nice place; uncomfortable furniture.

Good view, clean, good beds, baths and kitchen. Modern furniture was flat, no arm rests; very uncomfortable. Kitchen chairs were hard plastic. Floors were plain cement. One wall plug in the back is linked to a switch by the front door; if you don't figure that out, you'll wonder why there is no power.

Owner's Response: We try to make guests away that we offer a unique, minimalistic "Modern" look and feel to this waterfront condo. We also place the word "modern' in the listing title, and hope our guests take advantage of our 24 photos as part of the listing - with all of the Mid-Century Modern furniture listed in the photo array. Believe it or not - we invested roughly double the $price on this furniture versus the typical over-stuffed furniture - and we get many requests for how to contact the master bedroom mattress manufacturer - because of it's superb comfort. The diamond-polished concrete floor is a superb hit with our guests - and many rent because of it's cleaner comparison to carpet dander etc., for children and adults with breathing challenges. We have notified Housekeeping about your valid comment regarding the back lamp which is connected to the front light-switch panel. Thanks for your comments

Fabulous!

Have just returned from a wonderful week! Perfect location, close enough to everywhere we wanted to go & quiet enough to make it very enjoyable. Wonderful condo, SPOTLESSLY clean, well equipped & with all the amenities available that we wished for during our week at the beach. Would love to know the make of the mattress in the master bedroom, the BEST sleep we've had in a long, long time! We hope to return sooner rather than later! Thank you :-)

BETTER IN PERSON!!

This was our first time to Destin and our first time booking through VRBO. We were nervouse that the pictures would not be a true representation of what we were getting. WE STAND CORRECTED. This place was incredible. The views were amazing, the staff so nice and so convenient to everything. So close to the beach we could run back to the room for snacks and drinks. We will def book with you guys again and again. We have found our new annual trip for our family. Thank you so much!!!

The Honeymooning Couple

Really enjoyed this condo for our honeymoon. It is a very clean and beautifully updated condo. Really enjoyed the view from the balcony and the pools were very clean. The guy that set up the chairs was super helpful and even gave great places to eat, which was wonderful! Very close to the beach and concierge at desk were very nice and helpful. Great location in central Destin, easy to navigate around town from this location.
