This is a top floor studio penthouse at Sundial Lodge at Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort - the largest ski resort in North America. It offers extraordinary views of the Iron Mountain & Dream Catcher Mountains along with the ski resort. This studio sleeps 2-4 people and has been recently updated with granite counters throughout, new queen sleeper sofa etc.. It also features a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, dinning room table, full bath with shower/jetted tub, washer/dryer, 42' flat screen television w/HDMI, Dvd player, free internet, Ipod docking station stereo and patio. Enjoy the vaulted ceilings that you will only find on the top floor with a nice open floor plan.

The Sundial Lodge is the closest lodge to the Red Pine Gondola. Very convenient for quick short access to the lift. It also offers you 3rd Level Rooftop Hot Tub Access, lower level pool/hot tub access as well as a fitness room, underground parking, ski storage/valet with boot warmers and boot changing room.

The Farm, Edge steakhouse, Drafts and the Umbrella bar are adjacent to this location. The Canyons offers free shuttle service in the winter from/ and to Old Town. Also on the free bus route.

Great location on top floor with ski mtn views and very close to the elevator and steps from the lifts. Vaulted Ceilings only on top floor. Ski views, Updated condo.

The condo was fantastic. The location could not have been better. You should seriously promote the convenience aspect, especially if you're dropping kids at the ski school each day.



The sleeper sofa was comfortable. The new granite looked great.

Easy access

Close to gondola, room with view of some runs. Nice kitchen and laundry. Drier nice on the wet days. Large tv with cable for the non-skiing times. Bring bulb if you enjoying reading in bed existing light low illumination. Tv has auto reset to low volume probably a good thing. The volume control is RCA controller while TV is Samsung so don't be confused. If you are light sleeper bring ear plugs. Ongoing background noise that sounds something like a European police siren at a distance. I could not figure out the source. Turning the heat/cooling fan to constant covers the outside noise. Room seems perfect for two people. Although there is a pullout it is going to be a very full place for four people. Good transportation to town of Park City and Kendall Junction on free bus. Remember to ask if bus is in bound or out bound with reference being in or out of park city. Getting on the wrong bus means a much longer trip. Condo staff very helpful.

Overall good stay. I would return but bring brighter blub and possibly ear plugs

Owner's Response: The beeping sound is typically the snow cat groomers that are grooming the ski runs after the resort closes. This is typical for a ski in/out type location. Glad you enjoyed the condo. Please come again.

Great Stay

The studio was perfect for 2 people. It was comfortable and there was plenty of room. It was nice to be able to make breakfast in the morning. The staff in the building were very friendly and helpful. The outdoor hot tub was fun. And best of all, the location could not be better - a short walk to the gondola.
