This is a top floor studio penthouse at Sundial Lodge at Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort - the largest ski resort in North America. It offers extraordinary views of the Iron Mountain & Dream Catcher Mountains along with the ski resort. This studio sleeps 2-4 people and has been recently updated with granite counters throughout, Travertine tile shower, newer queen sleeper sofa etc.. It also features a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room table, full bath with shower/jetted tub, washer/dryer, 42' flat screen television w/HDMI, ROKU streaming devise, Dvd player, free internet, iPod docking station stereo, Bluetooth Alarm Clock for phone pairing on music or podcast. Enjoy the vaulted ceilings that you will only find on the top floor with a nice open floor plan. There is a new hotel is being constructed adjacent to the Sundial Lodge. There may be daytime construction.

The Sundial Lodge is the closest lodge to the Red Pine Gondola. Very convenient for quick short access to the lift. It also offers you 3rd Level Rooftop Hot Tub Access, lower level pool/hot tub access as well as a fitness room, underground parking, ski storage/valet with boot warmers and boot changing room.

The Farm, Edge steakhouse, Drafts and the Umbrella bar are adjacent to this location. The Canyons offers free shuttle service in the winter from/ and to Old Town. Also on the free bus route.

Tax and Cleaning fee will be added after nightly rate. Daily Cleaning is not offered as we have a washer/dryer. This is a VRBO and the hotel front desk is only for check in no extra services. Owner/Broker - KW Park City KW RE

The condo was fantastic. The location could not have been better. You should seriously promote the convenience aspect, especially if you're dropping kids at the ski school each day.

The sleeper sofa was comfortable. The new granite looked great.

great location with responsive landlord

We had a problem with the room when we arrived but Steve the landlord picked up the phone on the 1st ring, apologized and got it remedied as quickly as was possible. Stuff happens but he was responsive and empathetic and so what more can a guy ask for? The location is very convenient to the Canyons base and a very good value for the price I think. I would rent here again.

Wonderful Condo

This condo was fantastic! Perfect location to the slopes and to several shops and restaurants. The studio was well appointed and had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend skiing. The snow conditions weren't great but we still made the best of it! Love the ski-check too what a great service!! One thing people should be aware of is that there is construction right now right outside the condo. While the windows are closed this doesn't cause too many problems but in better weather with windows open I imagine it could be loud. There is also a large commercial HVAC unit right below that is a bit loud but not too much of a nuisance. I have two recommendations for the unit. Please add places or hooks to hang gear/outwear. There is only 1 small closet so we used all of the chairs for hanging ski coats/pants. And please replace the mattress!! It has no structure left and is loud and creaky! The mattress is my only real complaint and otherwise our stay was perfect!! Thank you Steve for having such a great place to stay!

Excellent accommodations and even better location

Doesn’t get much better for location in The Canyons Area than the Sundial Lodge . Great ski storage service and short walk to rental place and gondola. Steve was very easy to work with and very attentive to any questions I had.

Condo interior, condition and amenities as advertised

While the owner provided a nicely maintained and equipped condo as advertised, there are a few things that I was surprised about, probably because I did not read the contract close enough, or I rented so far in advance, I forgot. While this condo is in Sundial, no logistic support is provided by Sundial and anything you need has to be requested from the owner, including even replacement tubes of shampoo and conditioner. (I was able to play the sympathy card with the front desk to get a couple of replacements.) The condo was missing washcloths upon my arrival. I requested replacements to the owner via email and the owner brought them the next day. While there is currently a view of the mountain, a new condo is under construction which will, in my opinion, significantly affect the view. Also, there is a huge air conditioning plant on the ground below the balcony, which makes too much noise to open the windows while your are trying to sleep. (The weather was well above normal temp while I was there.) There was no housekeeping service, but I think I recall that being an option that I declined. The 3rd floor hot tub complex was very nice, including guest towels. The fitness room had enough equipment, all in working order to get a good workout in. The ski and boot storage service off the main lobby was also very convenient. Close proximity to the Gondola was great for getting first tracks in the morning.

Very nice property, excellent service, great communication from Steve

Excellent quality condo - suitable for 1-2 persons.. good front desk & checkin service. Convenient easy parking. Efficiency kitchen very good.

One minor problem with coffee maker - fixed immediately (manager replaced coffee maker). Ultra convenient to gondola access - skiing (ski conditions not great this year)

Would definitely come back!

Great location!!!

Loved the condo as well as the overall feel and close proximity to Canyon Village!! Easy access to public transportation into downtown Park City but honestly we enjoyed Canyons much better!!
