Large open Family Room, 2 Bedrooms + 2 Convert beds, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8)
The complex underwent a complete exterior renovation several years ago as did the UPPER VILLAGE POOL which the complex shares. The Upper Village Pool is a short walk away down a paved, lit path and has three large Jacuzzi’s, new locker-rooms and an indoor/outdoor pool that is kept at 88 degrees year-round. The Sundowner II also has an additional on-site Jacuzzi, gas grill, elevator, large heated courtyard (right outside our door) and underground garage.
The interior of this 1st floor unit has been completely upgraded. ALL NEW STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES IN KITCHEN. BOTH SHOWERS RENOVATED and they are gorgeous tile and glass - one is a steam room ! ! We purchased this condo in June of 2010 and have replaced fireplace with top of the line, decorated with rustic Aspen log and leather throughout, all new linens and paint to make it a very cozy year round mountain retreat for our family and yours. Pictures on the website are of this unit. Enjoy over 1,160 SQUARE FEET OF LIVING SPACE with slate floors in the entry, hallways, bathrooms and kitchen. Balcony off living room has views of mountains and is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine while watching the activity outside.
There is a leather sofa in the LIVING ROOM which converts to a very comfortable Queen sized bed and a new Aspen log futon which converts to a Full sized bed. There is also a 42” flat screen TV with Cable and desk complete with Wi-Fi, computer keyboard and printer. Enjoy free internet along with new flat screen TV/DVD combos with free cable in each of the two bedrooms.
MASTER BEDROOM has all new Aspen log furniture with Queen size bed. Connected master bathroom has granite countertop, new ADA height toilet and newly upgraded shower.
GUEST BEDROOM has a fabulous NEW Log Queen over Queen (yes ! !) Bunkbed. This is a great place for the kids to hang out and watch their TV shows or movies while adults enjoy time in the living room. Guest bathroom has granite countertop, new toilet and shower which is also a steam room.
GREAT CONDO FOR ENTERTAINING... Kitchen is fully equipped and has been upgraded with light wood cabinets and a granite counter that can seat up to 5 people while the dining table can accommodate another 6 comfortably. Washer and Dryer in unit. The built in wine rack at the end of the bar/counter gives it that Bistro feel.
Private ski locker is located right outside the front door and there is a bike rack in the garage.

Why the Owner Chose Breckenridge, CO, USA:
Walk to center of Main Street, Riverwalk and Starbucks! So close to ski runs and lifts, anyone in party that wants to come home for lunch can. The pool and jacuzzi's are awesome and were a definite must have on our list. We wanted to get something that was in 'move in, pour drinks' condition and found it.
