Our second floor Condo is located on the corner of Park Avenue and Deer Valley Drive, just 2 blocks from Park City Mountain Resort. It is just a short walk to Main Street's restaurants, shops and SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL venues/theaters. A large grocery store, Starbucks, and pharmacy are located within 2 blocks. JANS Mountain Outfitters and Cole Sport are just across the street. They offer ski equipment and, in the summer, bikes for mountain biking or cruising in the valley. Our property is next to the town park which offers bike trails and tennis courts. The Park City Golf course is less than a mile from the building.

Shuttle transport is available from Salt Lake City Airport (45 minutes away). The FREE LOCAL BUS stops at the corner to take you a few short stops to PARK CITY MOUNTAIN, DEER VALLEY RESORT or THE CANYONS RESORT. You can avoid the cost of a car rental when staying here.

Our one-bedroom condo has two baths and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. We also offer two flat-screen TVs, wireless/DSL internet, and an iPod docking station.

Park City offers many restaurants and you will be able to enjoy a variety of cuisines within walking distance or a shuttle ride from the building.

During my recent summer visit, I had opportunity to go rafting on the Colorado River outside of MOAB, mountain bike, and bicycle in the valley with my wife. I love the winter and the great snow and variety of skiing available at the three local resorts and Alta which is less than an hour away.

This is a very clean unit close to slopes and town. Appliances look brand new. Love the view of the slopes from the balcony. Loved everything except the hot tub in the basement was not working.

Nice location, old building

We did not enjoy our stay in this condo. It is very near a bus stop and ski rentals, so it's possible to stay here easily without a car. However, that was the only thing we liked about it. The building is older and really shabby. The condo itself has obviously had some updates and was clean enough, but I wouldn't want to stay here again. Communication with the owner and property manager wasn't good. We were given the wrong door code and had to stand in the snow with our luggage until someone finally let us in. We selected this property because it had a hot tub and then we were notified - on the day of our arrival - that the hot tub was out of order. The owner apologized, but we still spent our ski vacation without a hot tub. We were promised late checkout, but when we came back from breakfast on our last day to retrieve our luggage, we were locked out of the unit and had to call the owner so we could get in. Also, the bed is very soft so you sink down into the mattress and it feels like you're sleeping in a hole, so we got very little rest while there. All around not the best experience.

Great location and had everything

Whilst not a new apartment it had everything we needed, was clean and tidy and was a great location. Bus at door and grocery shopping and basics all within a short walk as was the bottom of Park City Mountain Resort. Listing was accurate and owner made sure we had everything and could get in okay.

Great location, well-appointed unit

Park City is known for skiing, but the area is great for hiking, too, being convenient to many memorable trails in the Park city/Heber/Kamas/Mirror Lake area. Our unit was wonderful.... nicely decorated, comfortable, well-appointed. We especially appreciated the perfectly-equipped kitchen, since we like to have the option of preparing our own meals. The manager was helpful, and we appreciated the fact that they include text messaging as one of the ways to communicate.

Nice unit, conveniently located

The unit is cozy, extremely clean and very conveniently located (PCMR in less than 5 minutes by bus and the bus stop is very close; the Canyons are in 9 minutes by car or about 15 minutes by bus). The balcony was quite handy as we kept our skis, poles and outer shells of boots there. We stayed in it with two children; it was a bit tight but we managed just fine (brought our own pack-and-play for the toddler). The only negative thing about the unit is that it was rather difficult to arrange for drying ski clothes and inner boots.
